Do yourself a favour and never book with this company!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! Had a limo booked for 7:30, where they did not show up at all. We messaged on facebook, left an email, and called many times all night from multiple different numbers were either hung up on after a few rings, or ignored completely. Odd considering he told us to call when we were ready. When our phone calls were finally answered the next morning, he acted as if he had no idea what i was talking about. He could not provide an explanation as to why they never came. He told us we have to wait for our $105 deposit back, then hung up on me. Once called back again, he said he had us booked in for 7:30am, although we have a confirmation for 7:30PM. He claims we will get our deposit back tomorrow, but either way, absolutely ridiculous. NEVER book with this scam of a company.

Sent the wrong limo. Charged us 200 dollars more even though we had the wrong and smaller limo. We’re parked for 1.5 hrs trying to sort it out. Reckless driving. The office hung of on us 3 separate times. Auxiliary doesn’t work. Rolled the window on on the customer. Incredibly disappointed.

I've had rentals with other limo companies and BY FAR this is the the worst experience I have ever had. The manager was the most unprofessional vendor I've ever dealt with.From the moment he answered the phone it was chaotic and disorganized. I called two weeks before to confirm the reservation and they didn't appear to have any record of the booking and asked for confirmation that I had actually made a deposit.Even after I triple checked everything with him, the limo DIDN'T SHOW UP. When I called to check in I was told it was my fault for not confirming the details (which were on the invoice he sent me) and he argued with my request for a reduced price even though it took an extra hour for the limo to arrive.The vehicle itself was in total disrepair - the interior had not been cleaned and smelled of cigarette smoke and we couldn't connect to the sound system. This rental was for my wedding and he had absolutely no sympathy for the fact that he had ruined our photo session because of the delay. There was absolutely no attempt on his part to try to make things right. The ONLY redeeming quality was the driver who did everything he could to make up for the poor service his manager provided.

Absolutely horrible service. We booked a limo for an hour to get to an event. We confirmed pick up time and location that morning. We called when the limo hadn’t arrived after 10 minutes and were told it was on its way. At half an hour late we called again. At this point the owner told us we were wasting his time and he hung up on us. The limo finally arrived 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. We were told we would still be expected to pay full price (in cash) if we wanted to get in the limo. We ended up driving separately to the event. We were given no explanation for why the limo was so late. When we requested a refund the owner was dismissive and swore. Do not book with this company.

My wife had booked a limo SUV weeks in advance for a friend's bachelorette. It was for 8 girls, from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.They first said they only accepted cash which we weren't comfortable with. We wanted to put a card down to ensure the limo was booked for their date/time. They reluctantly accepted a $105 deposit with the remaining $160 to be paid to the driver in cash upon pick-up. We had to ask for a receipt which they texted a picture of to us. We have copies of texts discussing their date and time of service agreed upon.Come rental day, the driver is late. At 5 minutes past pick-up, we call to see where the driver is and we're informed he is almost there." At 6:45

If I could give them negative stars, I would. So many people have made the mistake to book with them including myself and it’s a total waste of money. Owner/manager either doesn’t reply at all or does and is a complete disorganized mess/jerk throughout it all. Last time we booked with them they didn’t show up and then dodged our calls, the time before that we paid for a bus and they showed up with a limo (sucks when you can dance). My friend then recently reached out to book an event and there was no reply at all. We have since booked with Peakaboo limos and will continue to do so for the rest of time. Do not support this business, there are so many other options that are 10000000x more worthy of your money.

Saskatoon Limousine Direct's driver of bus 40 thought it was okay to stop a party bus in front of our house to let your customers piss, and toss cigarettes our yard! All while blasting party music out of the bus at 12am! Not cool.So my husband final got to talk to someone and they said, what would you like me to do about it?" Um how about an apology

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! We paid the deposit and they didn’t show up! We called multiple times that night and got no answer. The next day we phoned the guy who answered couldn’t say anything other than “ahhhh”. He then hung up on us when we asked for our deposit back. Complete scam.

Amazing service. Picked up our group of 12 from three locations for an early morning flight out of Saskatoon. Arrived early making the experience even better. SUV limo was very clean. Same driver picked us up at airport 10 days later. Flight was delayed and they accommodated our arrival 3 hours late - at 4 am. Again arrived early and ready to take our tired crew home. Absolutely perfect.
