Great internet service!! Excellent customer service!! If i have had an issue it has been dealt with and resolved promptly! I have a home based business and rely very much on my internet! I am so glad I switched over and would definitely recommend them!

So I’ve tried almost all rural internet providers in the area ! But this has definitely been by far the best I am finally able to game in a rural area getting what they advertise at 15 mbps up and 3 mbps down highly reccommend

Internet Quality is good, if there is an issue their service team gets it fixed right away. Even if its because your kids messed with your router.

Internet quality is very sub-par for the rates they charge, and customer service is NOT good on the off-chance they actually answer the phone or remember to call you back. Would not recommend paying install fees and a disconnection charge once you inevitably realize that you're getting fleeced.

the past few months this service has been really bad it was quite good for about 9 months, but now it is terrible, very poor signal..

We were with them for 5 years. During that time, the service was in and out frequently. They installed a 2.4GHZ system which was adequate for the first few years. Then we began to get interference from another 2.4GHZ source (neighbors phone, baby monitor, etc). we called multiple times complaining and I drew the line when they told my wife that the router's 2.4GHZ WIFI was the issue which we have had since day one. This told me they were unwilling to come and fix it and secondly, it would be a sad day that common network devices interfere with their system. We now have TELUS internet 250 for 3 months and now have 3 times the speed and more data for $15/month more without any interuptions. Worth it in my opinion and glad we made the switch. We really tried to support the local small business but it just wasn't working!

Internet is seldom what I pay for. CRTC should really crack down on rural providers. Some of us have businesses to run.

Over priced internet packages, paying for gamer pro which entitles 15 mbps with 750 g of usage for $160/month (which is an outrageous gouge) I'm always hardwired and run at around 0.50-1 mbps, which is NOT what im paying for. They are asking for these huge pricing for their internet services but only give a fraction of what you pay, I'd recommend getting the lowest internet package because even if you pay for the higher ones you'll still be getting low quality internet.

Poor service, poor customer service, way over charged for what they don't provide. Their after hours customer support is out of country. They do not complete installs properly. New installs are supposed to have a power supply to the dish, yet they installed with piggy backing power off the router. Service cuts out every 15-20 minutes. Do not recommend for anyone wanting to game or watch Netflix. Had the gamer pro package and couldn't even watch Netflix. Mobile phone Hotspot it more reliable and better quality than IWantWireless's service. They can't even install the wall outlet straight. Don't make the mistake of using this distributor. Starlink internet is highly recommended, same price and wayyy better speed and quality
