Great service. Gus picked us up at the airport took us to the hotel then 12 days later took us back to the airport. Could not have been more efficient or easy. Gus was on time at the airport and at 5 am to return us. Nice car, clean. Very good driver. Experienced. Knows the airport and the city. Highly recommend Gus and Westin Limo.

I had rented Westin Limousine's services for my wedding in May 2017, referred by a downtown hotel. We had an unpleasant experience with the way George managed the mini shuttle service we had booked. Unfortunately the shuttle driver (who was apparently subcontracted out and not an employee of Westin) was not appropriately informed about the pick-up times for the wedding guests, and actually abandoned some of my guests at the wedding venue. Our wedding guests had no choice other than to take taxis back to the hotel. When I called George to inform him of this, he was adamant it was somehow my fault and told me he had no alternative solutions (and he did not offer to cover the taxi costs). According to George it was my job to manage the shuttle driver during my own wedding (which is not something I would have ever agreed to, given I am clearly occupied with other details of the event). Very disappointed in both the lack of communication and the clear disinterest in offering potential solutions to rectify the misstep in service. I did not receive any discount or price adjustment. Very disappointed.Note: George did provide a private car transportation for me, which was very nice and clean. No issues there, which is why I put one star.
