First time to service. Excellent experience with Jason Lin. He showed professional and caring.Finally got my Cayenne transfer case replaced. Good to know it's still under warranty. Jason went above and beyond and helped me to find out the catalytic converter has a recall and it was fixed. Thanks again, Jason is excellent.

I went to Porsche last week for an event, the event was amazing, and ran into associate from previous in the car industry, Suki. From that point, he spent a lot of time, just answering my random questions, and then when I got home, I couldn’t stop thinking about the cars.Highly recommend the whole team here, especially Suki, he was a pleasure to deal with, answered everything and helped me along the way. I’m a very happy new owner of a Cayenne GTS! I have had many BMWs in the past few years, last year got rid of an X5 and so was kinda in the market for an SUV. Once I took the car for a test drive, I fell in love. It drives amazing especially for an SUV, and all the cool features. It has makes it a perfect family cruiser!Pics are from the party as well as the purchase

I had the opportunity to buy a Golf GTI for my son. The service was exceptional, both beforehand and during the pickup. If I wasn't a loyal customer at Porsche center Victoria, I'd switch to Langley. Keep up the good work.

I left a recent review that I realized was unfair.In retrospect I recognized it would have been courteous to make an appointment and not look so homeless.Staff like Jay are knowledgeable, there is a huge inventory, and Langley is the right place for a test driveNobody is selling a Porsche cheaper. They sell themselves.My 2013 Cayenne S looks and runs like new.No, they didn't give me a free coffee to change my mind here.
