Came in looking for a nice casual coat for everyday wear and Christina was phenomenal in assisting me in finding one that perfectly fit my style! I love my new coat and I'm so thrilled with my experience here at Fine Finds. They have such a wide selection of products and the staff are always super knowledgeable and helpful about the products, I'm always able to leave the store with something suited to my needs! Highly recommend this store!

This store has some nice pieces, like their rings, which is why I bought 4 of them. However, they need to work on their customer service. I had one ring break and they were unwilling to replace it. They told me they would have to reach out to the designer, and then I still never heard back from them. I think it would have been easy for this business to simply replace one ring consider I was wearing three others, and it would have been a very minimal cost to them.

Staff were so incredibly dismissive and rude when I came here a few days ago. I felt that I was receiving an attitude the entire time I was inside here. Only good employee was Liz who helped me find some jewellery and was very kind. She was super friendly and made the experience bearable. Unfortunately cannot say the same for the other staff.

The staff at Fine finds are fantastic and super helpful! Durriya always provides the perfect gift suggestions for any occasion, and they have such a large selection of cute, locally made jewelry. This store has quickly became my to-go for cute, reasonably priced clothes too! Highly recommend!

This is one of my favourite boutiques in Yaletown. I frequently pop in just to see what is new in stock as it is a fabulous place for gifts. My only criticism is that the staff are overly eager. I appreciate the offers for help, but within 10 minutes of arriving in the store last week, 4 different people approached me with offers/advice to help me shop. It was just a little too much- sometimes, it's okay to wait for a customer to come to you.

There have the largest selection of locally created jewelry that I have seen in Yaletown! Durriya helped me find a beautiful ring made by a local artist and I have a new favourite ring! Will definitely be returning to bolster my jewelry collection and it’s great knowing my purchase will support local artists as well!

I was very disappointed in my last trip here. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They did absolutely nothing to help solve a problem I had with something I recently purchased. I used to shop here quite a bit and won’t be back. They definitely lost a customer today which is a shame because they have some cute stuff!
