Did a very good job repainting my rear bumper but they did not replace the plastic trims in my trunk. They left the trims in my trunk without the pins and the screws so i couldn't even put it back together. Apart from that, an excellent paint job, the color was a perfect match, no orange peel and the sanding was evenly done.

Excellent service. I was skeptical at first because of the mixed things I've heard about them they treated my Mercedes with professional care. My paint cracked on my fender and since it's a metallic paint I was very worried that it would show. They did an amazing job you can't even tell that it was repainted. Very smooth finish and I saw that my car was exceptionally treated. The bumper of my car had to be repainted after collision. A few days after, to my surprise and big disappointment, paint started pealing off like the skin burned by hot sun. I was about to complain to the Insurance company about the recommended body shop but luckily first met the manager of Fix Auto Carrefour Laval , Maxime CASTELLON. He together with his able staff carefully examined the problem and established the cause. He did all possible to alleviate my inconvenience and displeasure.Once again we received the proof that while mistakes in the service industry are almost inevitable, good and thoughtful management of the situation is the key to retaining confidence of the customer and achieve his satisfaction.
