Specialized in the exploitation of vulnerable populations. A good place for starters but ultimately not a place to build a career. But a great place for those with little ambition and education.

The experience that I had with this company was awful and heart breaking, the way they treated my disabled sister was inhumane and lacked basic morals. The caregiver was amazing and the situation broke her heart as well, as they ripped my little sister out of her home. 3 women crying and confused while some man collected her disability funding laughing all the way to the bank. I hope no family or person ever has to become subject to the harm this company will possibly cause. Had I not been so young, scared, naive, and intimidated I would have fought for my sister and her rights, but I was young and my sister mentally disabled, we didn't stand a chance, we were taken advantage of and discarded like garbage. Please stay away from this company.... I cannot stress this enough! Edmonton has some great organizations providing the same services, just not this one... pretty much any other one, but this one. Sincerely a hard working, tax paying, contributing member of society.

This company is a joke. My brother is currently in a group home run by ICE and the level of disorganization is laughable. I'm hoping to move him and begin using another service as soon as possible. I highly recommend to anyone reading this that they find a different service provider if possible.Management will actively ignore you when you e-mail and no one answers when you call. I've been with this service for five years. I thought they were great at first, but now I wish I could go back in time and place my brother with a different organization. I'm actively searching for a new organization with my brothers PDD worker. If we could afford it, we'd go to a privately run home.At the very least, they manage to get my brother to his doctor's appointments and help him keep his room clean. But that's it. He sits in his room all day because they don't have any activities for them, staff sometimes talk to him likes he's a dog eith commands even though he's very verbal, my list of complaints goes on and on.

I was a client there for so many years and don't get me wrong I loved it being there but a few years ago a staff member I'm not going to say who it is but she screwed me over going into my file and using that against me and have my little family against me and they just sat there and let it happen that's why I wouldn't trust any group homes anymore because I was a ex client there and you guys were supposed to be on my side you didn't do nothing For me at least you could of suspended her or fire her for doing that to a client like that is like so wrong I just that's why I don't have any trust in you guys anymore because of what happened and it took me so long to say something like this I never do this to any company specially who I had trust in but now I don't have anything to do with the any group home company anymore because I'm too scared to be a client of any company like that because I think it's going to happen again and this staff member didn't have no right go between a client and his family so wrong it is so freaking wrong what you guys did I hope everyone reads this understand what they did to me they ruined my life they pretty much let that happen let a staff member take my little family away from me it's pretty pathetic like I didn't really care if she's been there for so many years seems like that's okay for a staff member doing that to a client ruin his life and can't have his family anymore because this happened do you know how much pain I'm in right now still you know what shame on you guys I hope people realize how backstabbing you guys are to a client post to be there for them
