Walmart Supercentre

The cashier was rude that served me when I asked a question saying it's not her problem if they don't have what I was looking for. Since before Christmas I can't get the dog food I need. Also the craft and wool section is a mess and there's no choice in new products.

It is usually well stocked and clean. I use the self serve cash as often as I can so I don't deal with employees very much. Any encounter I've ever had though went well, always a smile and a have a good day.

Ordered online for pickup since I cannot go inside because of covid. They told me to arrive between 6pm and 7pm alright fine I get there at 6h30pm I call for 15mins no answer.I get an answer calling me Linda. And that I have to wait another hour because someone ordered 30 items before me. I get it it might be busy just kinda disappointed to wait so long

Normal days in a wallmart place , you can find all you need yess!

Ok, floor staff is friendly and polite and informative, self check out cashiers are very helpful and polite and friendly, the regular cashiers are totally useless , over 5x I have been to the cashiers and it's like they wish they didn't have to work..... so for now on I go to self check out the only way to go in this store.Still useless cashier's....dropping from 4 star to 3 star ....someone needs to train the cashiers to be more friendly and polite. WOW is all that I can say.

The cash payment options improved. They got paypass finally.

So as far as Walmarts go this one is alright but they have a few drawbacks. They have allot of shelves with items misplaced and mismatched. Trying to find a price is near imposible as none of the staff seam to have access to scanners and some of the check lrices here things are non-operational. Electronics and toys especially. The stock is just throne all over the place. There is no logical order and items dont match the price tags. This has been going on for a few months as i noticed the same issue in previous visits. Overall the floor staff seam busy but after talking to one of them they mentioned that they have time to do their tasks but not enough to check and assure items are well placed. Im not sure whats going on here BUT defenetly not a standard id be happy with as a manger or customer.

Walmart is great as it's prices are always lower than its competitors. This store is my favourite location as the car park is large, the store is large, clean and bright and I always find when I'm looking for. Staff are friendly and are knowledgeable too.

Clean, but a few empty shelves still.Hasn't changed much since last visit. Still have to look around since renovations were done and items departments relocated. Goes to show I don't go often..

I ordered groceries for delivery. They simply did not deliver them. Now we have to wait a week for a refund. We live pay cheque to pay cheque. To add insult to injury, they don't ever answer their phone.
