I had a great experience today with Mahamoud. He was very friendly and helpful to us by looking into our issue. He explained multiple plans and helped my friend to get out of a dreadful mobile plan.

Love shopping here, always a better deal than at other cell plan stores! I get my phone cases here too. Ask how you can get 1000 PC points just for being there. :)

Extremely slow. My friend and I are existing Customers yet to activate a plan it took them almost an hour (50 minutes to be precise). The guy didn’t know what he was doing. I went in and told him we wanted to buy 2 phones and we are existing customers but to activate the plan he had to ask the second guy and the other guy was just standing there not ready to help only answering questions he was asking.Extremely slow and poor service especially in retail.

I highly recommend this shop for all things mobile. In particular, it was Guneet who was so impressive. He is amazing. We felt we were paying too much for our monthly cell phone bill. Guneet found new plans for myself, my husband and our son, at a lower cost, but with more data! Then when I set up a new gmail account, but couldn't get it added to my phone, I dropped by and he very patiently set it up for me. Wonderful service! Thank-you!

I have had a number of dealings with the manager of this store and I cannot speak too highly of the service he provided. My issues were concerned with Freedom Mobile although it transpired one of the problems was with my smart phone. The manager was very polite and dealt with the issues promptly and competently. This is a good store for receiving a level of service which is all too uncommon.Roy Godber
