Grizzly replaced our boiler. The quality of the work was top notch, copper lines and drain lines were installed in an organized manner tucked away for a very efficient look. The job area was kept clean and they used drop clothes throughout all areas of the house they worked. The attention to small details was key, they treated the job like they were working on their own home. I would definitely recommend Grizzly for any plumbing/boiler needs.

Once again the team at Grizzly have gone above and beyond with their great customer service. I have used their services twice in the past year, and most recently for an issue with our kitchen faucet. Derek came out, quickly assesed the issue and installed a new faucet for me on the spot. Not only was the work done well, but Derek was friendly, courteous and involved me in the process to make sure everything was installed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Grizzly, and personally will not call upon anyone else for future issues. Thanks again for a great job!

Excellent, very professional, & knowledgable team. Calvin, Brad, and Joe have been fantastic to work with! They clearly communicate what the problem is, the various approaches for how to fix it (as well as cost), and will also go the extra mile to work with manufacturers to find additional solutions (e.g. strange hot water tank issues).When we initially contacted Grizzly, we were told they had a 2-3 week backlog, so they offered to refer us to other plumbers to get an appointment sooner - we happily waited for them, but could already see the mark of a good company when they looked out for us first!Looking forward to continuing to work with them!

Our 20yr old hot water tank started a slow and painful death last month. After a particularly horrible experience with Enercare, I contacted Grizzly for a second opinion. The difference was extraordinary! Calvin diagnosed the problem in seconds over the phone and clearly and respectfully explained the issue. When we decided to move ahead with a replacement, he again clearly communicated our options and presented us with a supremely detailed quote for the service. He and his team were on time, very pleasant, explained their work through the whole job, and finished up right on schedule. The work was very well done - especially given the surprises that can come with a 100yr old house. I will never call another plumbing company again - they are my guys now!

These guys are fantastic.They came recommended from a neighbour; now I recommend onward.When Calvin first came out to sort out an exploded basement drain he spent ages working it, having to eventually really go to town on the thing. Earned his money that day I can tell you. (Note in the first pic that as he was working the drain I had all my books and pictures around. No worries. Neat and clean. So good.)Then, when they came back to do the back water valve (which was the problem - getting the old building trap out of there [the fact that I know my vocab is thanks to them talking me through the whole thing]) they were quick, highly professional and friendly.Helped navigate the city rebate too.Great work. Great team. Great human beings. Really awesome.

Grizzly came on time and fixed the drainage problem quickly. They saved me a lot of money too because another plumber had tried to convince me I had to replace 3 feet of pipe for $3000! Grizzly cleared the drain thoroughly & explained exactly what the problem was and what I should do if it ever happens again. They charged $500. It's working fine now. They were pleasant and tidy. I would totally hire them again. Nice to have a plumber you can trust.

I had a back flow valve installed on my main sewer line. Grizzly performed the installation and also provided all documentation needed to get a rebate from the City of Toronto from the Basement Flooding Subsidy Program. Brad was extremely responsive and friendly, and was happy to answer any questions I had throughout the process. On the day of the installation, Brad and Joe kept excellent communication open and were very considerate of my house, laying drop clothes everywhere to keep dirt to a minimum. When they were done they ensured to leave everything extremely clean.All in all, I had an extremely positive experience and have found my new plumbing company of choice.

Brad and his crew have been assisting us on a bathroom renovation and their work has been top notch. They are real professionals and are pleasant to work with.
