Amazing!! My glasses came 3 days early and everyone there is always so pleasant and helpful even on the phone. All frames 25% off right now and they do direct billing. Awesome

I had a great experience at SPEX. The employees there are very helpful and they go the extra mile to ensure you walk out with something you love. I wanted these specific frames I had on my mind for a long time - they ordered them and I was able to come back in to try them out. They were also very accommodating during this pandemic - I have a newborn at home and they ensured the safety of me and my family by giving me an appointment during extended hours with no one else in the store. Will definitely be going back! I am now a lifelong customer :)

I haven’t had a a pair of glasses in a few years, so immediately the stress of finding a optometrist and updating my prescription set in. Except Spex Express Vision eliminated all of that stress the second I walked in. From booking my appointment to receiving my glasses, the process was seamless. Had a wonderful experience. Incredible with my 3 year old. She's usually very shy around new people and doesn't let them near her but his energy from the very start was great and she felt comfortable with him. He was very patient and gentle with her. He listened to all of my concerns and took his time to go over everything. Definitely recommend.

With a 25% off promotion happening, I Purchased two pair of glasses. One Progressive lenses, the other a standard sunglasses. They arrived in Less than 2 weeks, and the service was more than exceptional

I went to Spex to buy a new pair of prescription sunglasses. The sales associate was very helpful in finding me the perfect pair to fit my narrow face. I received my prescription sunglasses very quickly and was overall very happy with the service and selection! I will/have recommended to my family and friends.Also dogs are allowed in the store, which is a huge plus for me!

Went to SPEX for the first time for a new pair of glasses last month. I was able to get my eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses all done within 90 minutes. The staff were helpful and patient while I tried on essentially all the frames in the store. The selection was good - I opted for the house brand for both pairs because they looked great and the price was amazing! It all fit within my insurance benefits budget and they conveniently were able to charge my insurer directly. Will definitely be going back in 2 years once my benefits reset
