My son trains here, Dewith Frazer is an excellent coach and a great mentor, I encourage everyone too send there children to learn self defense. Plus, it's a great stress relief outlet for kids and adults.

Best Boxing gym ever. Dewith Frazer is a great coach. Miss it completely as I have not been there in many years. Hopefully, the covid situation clears up soon and this gym reopens.

Dewith is a boxing legend and an amazing coach. As a beginner I was scared to join a boxing gym, but the second I walked in the door at Dewith's I felt comfortable and encouraged. Everyone at the gym is supportive and friendly - like an awesome big family!!!

I go here every other weekend. It's a great gym, even if your not into boxing. They have lessons for kids, adults, and the trainers are experienced boxers. They hold different events during the month. It's a great gym overall and prices are great.
