Gateway Kitchen + Bath

We were happy with Gateway from start to finish. Our designer took the reigns and handled every detail of our renovation with professionalism and ease, leaving nothing but the fun parts for us (colours, tile, etc.). Before the project started, they estimated that our kitchen project would take about 6 weeks to complete and they were bang on. We are left with a beautiful custom kitchen that we are so happy with! Would definitely hire them again.

Gateway Kitchen and Bath recently completed our home renovations. The renovations were extensive, enlarging and changing the kitchen by removing walls and a closet and completely changing the layout of the bathroom. We are still amazed by the transformation, feels like we have a new home.Our experience with Gateway was wonderful from the start. The home visit with the designer and the time spent in the showroom leading to the final plans went smooth and gave us the confidence that we went with the right company.There were no delays to start the project and the live calendar kept us up to date at all times. The designer and project manager were available for any questions and responded to emails promptly. They also updated us on a regular basis before we had a chance to reach out. We were impressed with all the trades, the installer and their attention to detail.The only delay was due to having to wait for some appliance parts, which is out of their control, but they made accommodations so we were still able to use our space in the timeline given.We highly recommend Gateway and are so thankful we chose them for our renovations.D/L Reimer

Katie, John and Mitch created our functional and beautiful kitchen. Beware, when creating a new space pay attention to the details. When concerns arose designer Katie addressed and resolved the issues.

I scheduled an appointment for 11:30am today with Paul and Jenna. I made the appointment over 2 weeks ago and received confirmation at that time. I then was sent a reminder about the appointment yesterday confirming the time, date and location of my appointment. I arrived before my scheduled time and waited in my car as the door was locked. I made several attempts to contact both the office and Paul but eventually left just before noon as I received no response. Very disappointed!

We absolutely love our new kitchen, custom built by Gateway. They took everthing we talked about wanting in our home and built our dream kitchen. This is our second home that we have had a kitchen designed by Gateway and if we had to do it again we would choose them. Great ideas from the designer, no stress, always available to answer any questions or concerns, on time, meticulous attention to detail, skilled installer and worth every penny. Highly recommended!

We chose Gateway Kitchen and Bath to renovate our 1970's closed concept kitchen and could not be happier with our decision.Removing 2 walls led to a complete renovation on almost the entire main floor of our home, and the transformation has been amazing.In our experience, Gateway delivered on every single aspect they promised. They provide a detailed day-by-day schedule so every step of the way we knew exactly what to expect.This was a fairly extensive project, and the only delays were due to an aspect of the project we used a different company for, Gateway to their credit rescheduled their trades to accommodate this unforeseen delay.The entire team at Gateway was unbelievable and we would not hesitate to recommend them for any kitchen or bath project (and we have recommended them).Our designer, Lori was a pleasure to work with and made a potentially stressful kitchen renovation so much easier to deal with. Shout out to Mitch (installer), Dorothy (scheduler) and the entire team for setting the bar.They aren't the cheapest, but their thorough estimates reduce the likelihood of surprises, and if you want a company that does what they say they will, and sticks to a schedule then Gateway will not disappoint. Highly recommended!!

We had a fantastic experience working together with Theresa and the Gateway staff. Each encounter was professional, personable and very helpful. They worked hard to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the kitchen reno. We would highly recommend Theresa and Gateway for those looking for quality and great service.

Great showroom at Gateway location, where you can see anything from traditional to modern styles. Eve has been our designer for a couple projects, the process was seamless and we loved how she integrated our personal style into the design we envisioned. Everything was planned and scheduled by Eve, we loved that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Eve was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to deal with. The biggest compliment a designer could receive is when friends and family love what they see so much that they wouldn’t consider anyone else.

We needed new counters in our kitchen. Bella met with my wife, discussed how the kitchen was used to determine the best type counter for our kitchen. She worked closely with Alice to select the best counter at the best price and was able to make modifications to our kitchen to give it a fresh new look and improve the workspace.. After a short period of time, a tradesman arrived and fitted a counter perfectly into our kitchen. The company kept us informed throughout the process. We are very pleased with the experience and our kitchen looks great!.

We purchased a gateway kitchen now about 4 years ago. It is hard to believe how time flys when you have such s nice kitchen. My wife and I were just talking the other day again how great the whole experience was. Working with the staff from the design stage to the finishing touches at the end. I really liked how organized they were with the customer getting a printed schedule on what was happening every day. I have also been an employee with them for about 28 years. It is a really great family run business. I would definitely recommend Gateway Kitchen to anyone.
