The techs here are all very friendly and clearly genuinely care for the animals. I brought my puppy here for his first shots because of the convenience. I keep bringing him back because I trust that he is in good hands.

Have been twice now, if I could figure out how to review twice I would, hence the edited review. The five stars are well earned. From Reception to Techs & Doctors I observed compassionate and knowledgeable care for Sadie. I experienced clear communication, including health-teaching and options for care. Infection control protocols were followed. I highly recommend.

The staff was so great and helpful when my cat was diagnosed with Diabetes. They took a lot of the stress out of the situation and helped me feel confident giving him his daily needles. So happy to have them on my side!

Great staff but don't get talked into unnecessary tests. It will cost you an arm and a leg. No pun intended. Thanks to Pet Focus I found out big Louie had Asthma and is almost finished his meds. As you can see he and big girl are doing just fine!

I don't think that business and vet cares about the animals . My dog was seen at lake echo vet who was awesome . Dog has an eye ulser that we are on week 3 of treatment , things are looking better but I needed to renew the prescription for another week .The lake echo vet was unable to get drops before Monday.I ask they see if a vet close by had the drops . Pet Focus had the drops and indicated the lake echo vet send the dogs history and approval to renew the prescription. They sent all records and approval to renew to pet focus . I went in on Friday to Pet Focus to pick up the prescription. The vet would not approve and ask that I come back Monday . I have no idea why the vet would need to look this when the vet in lake echo sent the prescription and approval .I feel there was no concideration for the dog.Thumbs up to the lake echo vet, the assistant work and found drops at Lawton's and arranged so I could get the prescription filled before the weekend . Thanks Complete pet care in lake echo 5 thumbs up, they are great .

They got Snoop Dog in for a urinary tract issue quickly, were prompt and professional, treated me and Snoop with the upmost respect, recommended urinary tract health food for him.(which helped with his issues), followed up days later to see how he was makin' out ... you can't ask for better than that. I'd give them 5+ stars if I could.

I always take my 2 cats and my 2 dogs to this vet clinic, but I'm so disappointed with the recent service that I am going to have to switch vets. One of my cats has been having constant upper respiratory infections for a LONG time. My cat was having a stroke (or some other brain issue) today, and they wouldn't even see him on an emergency basis. I had to take him to Metro Emergency Hospital--but I'm glad I did, he has some sort of neurological deficiency going on. Getting in to see a doctor at PetFocus ESV is painful enough, but refusing to see a cat in an emergency? Not impressed.

Seemed a bit pricy, but very good service. They spayed my little Labrador and she recovered well. They also order in these natural treats that help calm her down when she's anxious. The vet is thorough and doesn't get annoyed if you ask tons of questions.

We have valued the Eastern Shore clinic for more than six years however access to care even for an animal in pain is non existent. They do not answer phones. I have spent a day and a half trying to reach the clinic for one of my dogs who was limping and crying. As I could not reach them I decided to take him to the clinic as he clearly needed medical care. Long story short the receptionist was not only rude but decided she was qualified to diagnose my dog and in her opinion he was not an emergency and therefore he could wait for a regular appointment. I asked for pain medicine because I couldn't leave a five lb dog in pain. It is against the law to do so is considered animal abuse. Once again the receptionist refused to do anything to help. I was not rude or demanding but I did expect help from a clinic that has happily accepted my money over the years. As a dog rescuer I have multiple dogs most of which have come with illness, pain and broken spirits. I refuse to allow any one of them to suffer needlessly for even one minute. A receptionist is not qualified to triage patients her job is to book appointments and sell products.Update. Forced to seek help from an emergency clinic it turned out to be a neck injury which required complete rest and medication. The injury could have caused permanent paralysis if not addressed. He required a veterinarian not a receptionist.
