Baer Construction and Concrete

They replaced our driveway for us. I've had bad experiences in the past with sleezy contractors who cut corners.Sam is one of the rare contractors who does a great job at a fair price. He is professional and trustworthy. When unexpected complications arose, he was upfront and with a quick resolution while keeping us in the loop. Due to weather and debris, he had to upgrade the finish to exposed aggregate and our driveway looks great.I have recommended Baer Construction to friends and would definitely use them again.

We were looking for a contractor to build a deck for our new built home. Among a few of whom we called and received quotation, Sam Baer was the one that explained to us all pros and cons of any available material that can be used. Of course the price was a factor too. We had chosen Baer Construction and were extremely satisfied with all process: Help with obtaining a permit from the Town, choices of material, timely work start and completion. The deck looks amazing! I need to say here that Sam with his crew shown very much the attitude as he would be building this deck for his own use. Structure, construction progress and finishing were done to the best! I will be looking for more projects around my home and Sam will be the one we will employ!Thanks a lot Sam!

I contacted Baer Construction for a small project, and they were great to work with, professional, quick to respond and the final product turned out great.

Poured an exposed aggregate pad for our walkout. Can’t say enough good things about the experience and quality of work. Looking forward to using Baer again for future projects.
