Robert is extremely knowledgeable. We told him what we needed and he brought us right to the selection. No pressure to buy but did answer all of our questions. Great store with fantastic customer service.

First time shopping here. Purchased a Maytag Washer and Dryer. Staff booked an appointment for me and gave me advise based on my needs. I love my new machines! I used the delivery service from the store and they were in direct communication with me. Delivery went amazingly well. Delivered within two days of purchase. Thank you Ourr Home & Appliances

Great prices. The sales person Donna was very helpful and not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. We were just looking at prices of kitchen appliances and we will most likely make a large purchase there in the future. And I will repost another rating at that time. There was no pressure to purchase at all. I recommend this store* I would like to update my review. We went back 2weeks later and purchased a Maytag fridge and stove and an over the stove venthood. Gotta say we are very happy with the prices and the service was great. Once again Donna was very good to deal with. If you don't mind a small dent or scratch on the side of the stove or fridge that noone will ever see. This is the place to go. At least half the price of the bigger appliance stores. And if your able to pick up you appliances they will even help you load it on your truck or trailer. As you can see from the attached pics they look awsome.

Our shopping experience was a very positive experience from start to finish and somewhere in between. We dealt with Donna and she is so knowledgeable about her appliances and surely answered all our questions. We purchased a Samsung Fridge and matching stove from her. We had done our homework in advance and knew our prices and we have to say their prices were much more competitive than their competitors. When the stove arrived for some reason it wouldn’t work so needless to say we were very disappointed and upset as we needed a stove to cook.We called Donna right away and she did everything she could to get us a loaner stove immediately until Samsung came out to look at what was going on with the stove. Thank you Donna for your amazing customer service! Your delivery guy Jeff is absolutely amazing!

Excellent. They hooked me up with a dryer with a minor scratch. Dryer works just fine for me and a good price.

I have to admit, when I spent over $2000 on an oven that had air fryer option and I didn’t get the basket for it, and called, and was told I guess you need to buy one, I was rather disappointed!! I was told sorry, but not much help!!
