Total useless … least bothered .. non knowledgeable staff and managers are equally useless. AVOID THIS BRANCH !

No one answers phone calls or messages at this branch. I have been constantly trying to get ahold of someone to remove a debit hold as this is my home branch and left 3 messages. I try calling 10 times a day yet constant voicemail. Plus they have no email address on their website. Please do better for your customers.

If there was less than 1 star I would literally rate them that because they have the worst customer service !! I was told my cheques would be on hold for 5 days for 1st month and then 2 days after that, for my business account. When I deposited the cheque it put it on hold for 11’days . Even went to the branch but they said we can’t do anything. I was a 4.5 years old bmo customer but never going to choose bmo again!!

Extremely slow, disrespectful, and unhelpful banking experience. My last visit was an utter wait of time. Will be moving our account to a competitor.

DON'T USE THE ATM HERE!!!!!! IT WILL TAKE YOUR CASH AND THEN CANCEL YOUR TRANSACTION PART OF THE WAY THROUGH, THEN YOU HAVE TO CALL BMO AND IT WILL TAKE THEM 2 WEEKS TO INVESTIGATE AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT HERE!!! GO TO A DIFFERENT BANK!!!!!!I came to this branch to open a business account and had an appointment booked.1. I was interrogated about the appointment I had as if I didn’t have one. Once she found my appointment after NOT even greeting me…I was directed to the person whom my appointment was booked with, no hello, no welcome.2. I provided a passport and PR card, the banker reviewed it intensely, scratching my ID, reviewing every data page in my passport. I’ve never seen this in my life so I asked if everything was okay, to which he said one second and ran off with my documents. I asked for a manager. When whomever came in, still to this moment don’t know if he was actually a manager he began the same process the last person was doing, scrutinizing every piece of paper in my ID. Now come time to review the Corp documents asked what business we will be conducting I mentioned real estate and that I’m an agent. He asked what exactly would we be doing I said BUYING AND SELLING HOUSES. he asked which banks we bank with. Asked for proof of the bank cards. Now I’m frustrated and I’m asking what this is all about. He would not say and says we are denied ability to open an account because I did not provide adequate identification.This was a case of discrimination from the moment I walked into the bank. Do not go here unless you have no need to deal with bankers.

Very good front desk customer service at 499 South Brampton, Shoppers World. Mr.Yesraj has excellent customer service skills and very knowledgeable for banking products.

Bad service. I had an appointment at 2 pm. The person that they assigned me too wasn’t working that day. But they didn’t tell me that they told me she went to lunch . At 44 late minutes they told she wasn’t working .Then They sent me to another person who said my paper work was incorrect and I need to fix it first to open an account.
