I absolutely loved my drive thru experience at this store! The employees had placed a sign on the drive thru ordering board asking you to please wish Stephanie a Happy Birthday, which I did. At the pick up window I commented to the server that Stephanie must be an amazing person if her co workers thought to do this for her. The server called Stephanie to the window to meet me, and yes, she is awesome! This experience was a real pick me up & a nice change from business employees who are told not to interact so much with customers and just take their money and rush them along. And of course, my Redeye coffee was superb.

Food and drinks were good. Staff hardworking and polite. Service was on time. Did not wait too long in the drive thru.

It's Timmys, same quality everywhere. Service is getting slower inside the store as they focus on drive thru customers. Always a lineup inside with only one server but six servers servicing the drive thru window.

I ordered on mobile at 11:13 in the afternoon and the lady that’s slightly tanned and have dark hair and have glasses that I have spoken to you about my order she has said I need to speak up? In a rude way Manner Way, and tone in her facial expression seemed that she was annoyed however, that’s the last time I go to that Tim Hortons I have been going their and the one on cannon and the one here I’m writing about is horrible experience. I have been going care and the other Tim Hortons for 15 years and and this is what I’m reporting about never again I’m gonna keep going to the one Tim Hortons on Cannon love the Tim Hortons on cannon and Sanford hate this oneP.s they forgot my straw

Okay so, the wraps are amazing, but please teach staff to make wraps properly instead of just however they want. My wrap was a square. It's happened on several occasions lol.

Excellent staff and service. I was in having a headache this morning and needed coffee badly. When I visited here, people were so friendly and warm. Took my order quick and handed me my coffee in no time. It was really a good experience visiting here. Big Shoutout to the Staff! Keep up the good work.

Update: They have hired a lot of new staff, and I will say they are very kind! Friendly and patient. The drink quality has gone up, and if there is an issue, they offer to fix it for me without rudeness. They get very busy certain times of the day because its a very small location and I find the wait is not as long now that They have staff who actually do their job! I will update if things go downhill again with different staff. ( I still love the Wellington and Main location)Horrible attitudes, Rude staff, except a couple of decent ones. Most times, the drinks are nasty and a waste of money.You're better off going to the One on the corner of Wellington and Main, much better service.

Was about to close at 10pm get there 7 minutes to 10 but was able to get them to make me a sandwich and still had a few donuts. So that's great for service. Will come back, could have told me no food items.
