Wonderful staff

3 appointments in the counsellor never showed up to the appointment and the receptionist made no effort to contact her. They don't seem to actually care about their patients.

Fantastic place! Amazing staff, someone here for every need. A hidden gem in downtown Winnipeg. Very calming environment.

There was a stressful incident where I was charged for a session that never occurred nor was ever booked. Not sure how it happened but it has been resolved. I couldn't find any email indicating the office was closed but understand sometimes technology fails.I only posted on here because I was trying to get somebody's attention when I couldn't' get a hold of anyone for almost a week: though it seems the office was completely closed for the holidays, I wasn't aware of this as, the automatic email did not send to me.I have only gone here a few times and though it wasn't for me, it was still a very nice place and the therapist was lovely. Each person is different though and you may find the right fit here or you may not. But that's just a matter of right fitting, nothing against the place or professionals and overall it is a nice spot.
