The Service/Workmanship done on my Mazda was outstanding; they were honest and told me what needed to get done and made some great recommendations and advise what I should be aware of in future. First time going there, and was very happy. Its obvious from their waiting room and super friendly staff that customer service is very important to them. They also squeezed me in for a same day tire change when everyone else was telling me it would be weeks. I would definitely recommend!

First this five star rating should be way higher then what i can give. The professionalism and quality and care i received at NV was outstanding. I had some serious issues with my vehicle and my engine. It wouldn't let me drive over 60 km my brakes were in bad shape and my ball joint was bad from all the pot holes in the city. When i dropped off my vehicle they called me to go over the findings and they gave me options on what i should do to make sure the vehicle operates properly. They repaired everything in great time and when i picked up my vehicle last night after work everything was as good as new. Thanks Val and Paul for your great service you provide and very inviting atmosphere at the shop. A++

Went for an estimate got charged $50 and was told the job was to difficult and unpredictable to repair. So I took the car to Greg McIntosh Auto who did the job in less time one afternoon and approx $400 cheaper and $600 less then the dealer. Seems foreign cars can be a nightmare for certain mechanics. However I hear Little's have many happy customers that's why i approached them in the first place. Something to be said for cherry picking. The shop was very clean and all staff very polite. Its always important to get estimates as it's your hard earned money. Respectfully

Great service and friendly staff. Had my SUV towed in with a bad AC on my 2011 Nissan Rogue. Repairs were done on time and even though a small issue happened with my engine light after departing shop, they took it back and fixed it right away at no extra charge.

Always a positive experience with attention to the details. When checking my tires, they noticed the valve covers were corroded and hard to remove, so they replaced them at no charge. Simple services like an oil change also include checking under the chassis for potential problems. Been coming here for over 10 years and have no intentions of looking anywhere else.

Took my car in to get a turbo changed.Magically developed a brake line leak while in there, and in TWO DIFFERENT PLACES SIMULTANEOUSLY!Told me I had one leak at the back and one inside.Took it to another shop I trusted, The inside break leak was a lie.Cost me $200 dollars to fix the magic leak at trusted shop instead of the $1000 NV wanted.For magical sudden new problems, take your car to NV.
