Just had a fantastic experience today! who knew oil changes could be enjoyable? Very friendly staff, clearly they enjoy working together - the vibe was fun and professional. I felt well taken care of. Very quick service, and they topped all my other fluids free of charge. Thanks again, Jared! I highly recommend :)

I was in the center lane. Was told it would be a half hour. I was third in line. One car two ahead of me was there so long that both other lanes pumped 3 cars out, while me and the guy ahead of me just sat there.The first guy I talked to asked what I needed—Oil Change and filter nothing else. That’s it! When I finally got into the garage. This other guy started asking me the same questions all over again. I had to yell at him to stop——all I want is an Oil Change and filter !!!! Another guy says yes got it! He actually came back and asked what could we give you for this delay. I said it is not this companies fault as to what just took place here. The company just lost a lot of business with this guy running around with a dip stick in his hand.I think they got hammered with the start of the long weekend and to be really tired!!I will go back again for sure!

This is now my go-to place for oil changes. Staff was great & didn't try to upsell, only informed me what might need attention in the future. I was given a coupon to use that day & even got a delux touchless car wash at half price. I would give five stars except I had to wait 15 minutes. But the manager was so nice about it- he even got me a bottle of water while I waited!

Now this is the no-touch automatic car wash I've been looking for. It did a perfect job cleaning every corner of our SUV. Unlike that other old, unkept, rotting place down the road that I won't name.

I have been going to Great Canadian for a little while, They are fast and have good service. I will be using them moving forward if I NEED an oil change and haven't had time to book an appointment with my mechanic, but will aim to use Integra instead when I can plan ahead.The good: They are super fast, are almost always available for a drive-up oil change without notice, and are really nice people that provide great customer service.The bad: Great Canadian is more expensive than Integra, and I recently had an experience where they generously offered to replace a rounded drain plug bolt for free..... When they were the ones who rounded it the time before. I am happy that they simply took care of the problem, but I don't like that the oil change prior to that they rounded off an important bolt and didn't say anything about it.

Got there to change my transmission fluid expecting to pay 270$ tax included. Finally they were only able to flush not even half of the transmission fluid (3 litres out of 7) and charged me 200$ (should have been 135$ because half the job was done). I'm a bit unsatisfied, would have gone in a ford concessionary if I had know how poor the quality of the transmission fluid change was going to be.

I've been going to Great Canadian Oil Change for about 8 years, and i gotta say amazing team followed by outstanding customer service! I had an issue with my car a month after a service was done and even after a month they completely owned up to it then the supervisor offered to come up to my house to fix the problem free of charge! Better customer service than the local dealerships I'd say.Thanks!

The employees at this Penticton site are very polite and work speedily. The manager is always there to check to make sure the young men are not having any issues or questions. He works well with them and always makes them feel good about the job they are doing. They always mention when they thing something is needed but they never push it on you. The crew seems to work as a cohesive team and the atmosphere is always upbeat.
