No wonder service is slow at tim hortons drive thru. I hear complaints how it's slow and only one person doing the two lanes at Tim Hortons. I see that Mcdonalds is busier than Timmies. Why not hire a second person do drive thru? I only see one person taking orders for two lanes

A sit down restaurant could provide faster service. Entered at 1:10 in the afternoon and didn't even get down and eating until 1:40. I thought this is fast food. People come here for a quick stop because they have places to be and things to do with their time.

Fast free wifi. Round tables, rectangular tables, long high counters with tall stools. High chairs for children.Plenty of parking out front.Need more staff behind counter and kitchen to keep up with cleaning the tables and floor during peak periods, but still better than other TH where the bins were literally over flowing. We came here at 12.30pm for lunch.Nice fresh decor and ambience. Where did the nice music go though? Would be good to drown out all the kitchen chatter" and noise for a more relaxing vibe.I usually go for the Roast Beef and cheddar sandwich with an iced cappuccino which I enjoy. But the sauce needs to be spread more evenly over the long bun that my hubby and I shared this time.It's better than a 3 stars but not quite 4. But I'm feeling generous."

The service at this Tim Hortans is absolutely trash. I go through the drive through to order a few things. And I haven’t even finished saying my first item yet & their giving me the total and telling me to drive up to the window with payment ready before I’m even done giving my whole order, these employees have no patience and no customer service skills at all.

Always busy. Sometimes, there's no selection . Frequent staff turnover. Need another Timmy's at the opposite end of the highway to deal with tourism. No one likes to wait in a long line-up to find out there's nothing to choose from. It's interesting that a donut shop can run out of donuts. More staff or better methods of serving people would help.

I did mobile ordering from in the store as the line was out the door. Everyone loves Timmy's! I got my food and double double before the people in front of me even ordered.

I ordered a decaf mocha with oat milk and it cause quite the fiasco with the employees. They worked tirelessly and carefully to make sure I got what I ordered and they delivered! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Tim Hortons. 10/10

Was in on Thursday afternoon July 6. The ladies bathroom was in bad shape. I don’t think the staff had been in there for hours. Someone had cleaned very dirty hands and under the soap was tons of dirt that had been dried. There was toilet paper all over the bathroom. This is our main Tim Hortons that we have to use when we come into town and the bathrooms are always in sad shape but this was really bad when I told the girl that the bathroom is disgusting, she just looked at me, never answered and kept on working and didn’t bother to tell anybody to go and look at it or anything .

Second time going here and second time not liking it. Staff was having a vulgar fight in the back. Had to wait for coffee even though there was another pot already brewed. Only 32 timbits in our box of 50. Completely unorganized and incredibly slow service. Needs better management.
