Flanagan's Furnace & Duct Cleaning Service

Expedient and efficient. Came on time for the appointment. It would be a 5-star service if they did not leave some cleaning to do after the servicing in the mechanical room. My suggestion to the company is to invest in a shop vac and clean after themselves. In any case, I would recommend them.

Extremely nice team arrived on-time that did the job professionally. They took great care removing footwear at the door laying down protection for carpets where any hoses ran.

Service was fantastic! Matt and Will arrived well within the time frame we were told and they were friendly, professional and provided us with useful tips, info and recommendations to ensure our furnace and ducts remain in good condition. They got straight to work and did a thorough job - no surprises or unexpected additional costs like other companies. They even took the time to show us some of the gross stuff they found, which was reassuring and confirmed just how much they were able to clean out. Flanagan's was highly recommended to us and we also recommend them to anyone else! We will definitely be using their services again for our next cleaning.

These guys are very professional and I like that they had the cloth underneath the hose, keeps the stairs protected from scratches and they had the plastic corners to protect the edges. I noticed that they had the silver plates on each vent, i supposed so they won't miss any vents. Amazing! No furnace co has done such service.
