Very poor customer service. Ordered a hardware upgrade and followed up 10 days later. Told me they couldn’t trace my order and advised I call Rogers support. Rogers support said I should call the store back. After calling the store back, said there’s nothing they can do and gave the very definite feeling they were not even interested in trying. Didn’t ask my name or any info. I asked “where does that leave me as a customer”? Response was “I can’t help you”! Ended up calling back to Rogers support and placed a new order which will arrive in 2 to 5 business days. The young female employee at this Lindsay store expressed an attitude and treated me like I was an annoyance because I was asking her to assist me after the sales process was completed.would not recommend the Rogers Lindsay store!

Danton was great! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I sent my family members his way for new phone plans and they were thrilled. Highly recommend you go to the Lindsay rogers and ask for him!

I went for an expert advice in the store and met this amazing store associate Hunter who not only gave me information, but also helped me through getting a better plan to suit my needs for me and my wife. She is very informative and pleasant. The most I liked about her was patience with elderly seniors. Thank you.

I recently had two dealings with Rogers in Lindsay. The same employee helped me in both cases. Danton was extremely knowledgeable in letting me know how I could apply for the accessibility discount offered by Rogers. He also helped with giving options regarding adding data to my cell phone and quickly setting it up. I appreciated Danton's pleasant, professional and respectful manner in dealing with me. He is an excellent customer service representative.

I had to get a new SIM card to replace the one I lost.Called the store in Lindsay,no hassle over the phone, they said bring it right in and we will take care of you no charge.I was greeted at the store by a very friendly and helpful associate by the name of Danton.He was awesome,replaced my sim card and showed me the correct way to install it on the Sim Tray.Thanks Danton for your great service.Paul BrignallBobcaygeom

Thank you so much to Brittany for helping us upgrade our phones and setting them up! I also have to thank her for retrieving as much as she could from my dead phone! She helped us feel not as frustrated as we were when we went in!

We recently went into the Lindsay mall Rogers to see about new plans for our phones. Danton was extremely helpful, and personable. We were originally with Bell but Rogers prices were way better and the service was above and beyond. Highly recommend this Rogers location.

Couldn't have been happier with the service we received at this store, both on a visit 6 months ago and more recently. Clay was efficient, friendly and found us a great deal to help reduce our monthly costs. I would definitely recommend this store.
