My university program hired this company for graduation photos and we had a terrible experience. The photographer took the worst group photo considering he is supposed to be a professional. At least 4 or 5 faces were covered by someone else. The photographer gave us incorrect order forms, charging us fees higher than what we had to pay in our case, which was already unreasonably high. It was not until after I called that they corrected their mistake. In addition, while he took photos, he required that one of the students from our program organize the photos on his computer and email them to each student. Completely unprofessional.

I had an amazing experience! The photographer took her time to take two pictures of each pose and then show you the pictures! If you didn’t like the options you could retake it and she would ask what you did not like so it would not happen again! She payed attention to every small detail. We also got the pictures right away and were able to purchase them within a day! Very easy, accessible and an amazing company!

Worst organisation ever.They change the deal last minute or they simply don’t answer to your confirmation email!!But when you rate them on google, you get a call from the company ;)Don’t recommend it at all.
