This is one of my fav Tim Hortons in Calgary.Specially with the recent full renovation looks and operates even better.Staff are hard working and quick to serve customers.They keep the place clean even though it is always busy.

Came inside and no one helped me stood there while they stared me down and talking in their own language. I had to leave and go through the drive thru to get any kind of help. Jaspinder rolled her eyes and shook her head at me. When what I was complaining about was not getting help. Unprofessional and disgusting attitude I would stay away from this Tim hortons.

It's unfortunate when staff are under appreciated. The store will suffer! Was a great early morning stop, coffee was always hot and fresh and they had no problem understanding your order. Now you have a 50 50 shot at getting what you ordered. This store went downhill fast.

yesterday i visited this tim horton the girl name kiran was so rude with lots of attitude its a customer service job you have to be deal customers with patience. Will not visit again and suggested to everyone please dont visit this tim horton if you guys dont wanna spoil your mood and day, they dont know how to deal with customers.

Very hardworking staff. I was feeling bad for both of them as the restaurant was super busy front and drive thru they were still efficient. Manager should increase the number of staff working in the evening shift because it is truly against the work compensation.

Unfortunately I have to give one star...they don't have negative stars to give out. Just shut this location down, seriously the worst in the city.Old food, rude staff, the place is empty and you still have to wait in an imaginary line to be served, that is if they even notice you, they literally get every order I've ever had wrong.This is the last time I'll ask for FRESH ESPRESSO!!!!I guess a paycheck is just a paycheck to some and it sure shows that's the only reason they remotely care.

So unhappy with their customer service. They gave me wrong breakfast and when i asked for what i ordered they started blaming me. They were saying bad things about me in Punjabi language they thought I can’t understand or i’m not around. This is how they treat their customers. Will never go back to this location. So disappointed.

Good menu, Poor service, if you go inside then there no one to greet or attend. At one occasion I waited 5 minutes and then went to other place. Last night there were two employees attending drive through and o had to literally calm them after 5 minutes wait. Otherwise they are clean and good.
