Lang's Fishing Adventures

Amazing experience fishing with Lang for White Sturgeon on the Fraser river. Lang was great, full of enthusiasm and knowledge for these prehistoric river fish. We all caught a few each ranging from 5ft to over 7. Great day had by all and will certainly be going back to Lang in the future to try and beat our PB’s! Lang also takes great pictures to ensure you capture those memories.

Best day ever! With Lang as our guide, we were reeling in our first sturgeon within 10 minutes (6 feet 100 lbs). Lang insisted we would catch a bigger one, and he wasn't lying. After three more sturgeons of similar size to the first, we got a monster...9 feet 300 lbs! Outside the excellent fishing, Lang provided great conversation, and to my surprise, he had bathroom accommodations on the boat for us ladies! You will not be disappointed spending a day with Lang on his boat!

June 10, 2017 - My husband does a lot of research when it comes to fishing charters and he found Captain Lang and his company because of all of his great reviews. We fished the Fraser River for 8hrs and landed 12 sturgeon. Despite the river being extremely high Captain Lang found these fish and we killed it! He is super nice, very personable and a GREAT fisherman. He called and ordered our taxi back to the hotel for us and provided a lot of interesting facts about these prehistoric fish. Our biggest fish was 7ft 2in followed by 6.5ft and multiple 5 footers. This was definitely a bucket list item for us and we are so thankful we got to do it with such a great company.We had such an amazing experience that we ended up booking another trip with Lang's Fishing Adventures on Wednesday June 15, 2017 and this time went a bit further west up the Fraser River in Chilliwack with Captain Chris. Once again we couldn't have had a better guide who was constantly on the move in search of these fish. The river was so extremely high and the current was a bit overwhelming at times but we always felt safe and Captain Chris was awesome. We landed a lot of good ones and had a blast!

Back for the second time to fish with Lang. We thought nothing could top our previous trip but Lang made it possible :) He managed to get us larger sturgeons from our previous trip and gave us an experience catching Salmon! Spent 3 days fishing with Lang and we are already planning our next trip! This time round, we are looking at an even longer stay so that we get to spend more time with Lang (awesome awesome guide) and get MORE FISH!5 stars for Guiding5 stars for comfort on his boat5 stars for experience

I would like to thank Lang and Kolby for the most marvellous experience. They deserve six stars for the amazing experience that they provide. I organized a sturgeon/salmon fishing adventure for my Dad's birthday. My parents are seniors and they loved the attentiveness and help that Cody provided them. My Mom had a great time fishing salmon and Dad had a great time reeling in the sturgeon. Hands down one of the best experiences available in British Columbia. Highly recommend this team. It is rare to see an outdoors company owned by a Vietnamese-Canadian - I applaud Lang for pioneering this!

Cannot say enough good things about this outfit and this experience. Lang's crew hit it out of the park over and over again. Huge shout outs to guides Jeff and Austin for putting on an amazing trip for our group. Very knowledgeable pair of guys, they clearly love what they do and are amazing stewards of the sport and the fishery. Got into some monster fish and had an amazing day from start to finish. See you guys next year!

Can't recommend this enough, the tour was ran so smoothly and lang was very entertaining and helpful.Caught some beasts.Anyone who enjoys fishing and finds them self in vancouver should definitely book this up.

First time on sturgeon fishing charter, Lang is a very friendly , outgoing and experienced guide on Fraser River , he knows all the good spots to fish , his boat is also clean/comfortable , we had a fantastic time with him , Highly Recommend lang’s fishing adventure , It is one of the active you have to try in bc ! we will come back in salmon season agian !
