Rogers

Went to get a replacement phone. Spoke to the saleswoman. She provides me with a phone and sim card. I insert it and story ends..right?Or she never registers the sim card. I can't access the network. No problem, I will just register the card myself as a switch online. Nope! Don't know the previous sim card number because the phone was lost!Called the store, salesman tells me he remembers me (never met him), tells me that its not the store's responsibility, that I might have a pay as you go" account (I don't). Gives me a number at Rogers customer service to call.Call once

One guy working alone, keeps the door locked all day. Rude, unhelpful and arrogant. Went to the mall instead, guy immediately locks the door as I leave. I wish my job let me lock customers out while I watch Netflix

Normally Rogers stores only get poor reviews, but my recent experience here was quite the opposite. Umer Jamal, was super helpful and polite despite Rogers putting a deal on that flooded the phone lines and the stores. We got through everything I needed to with him and was great to other customers coming in, nobody was ignored or neglected.

So far this has been my worst experience with rogers. I have a business account with four lines and went in with phone that wasn't working properly and asked to replace it. They assured me I'd have it within the week. They said I had to come back to the store to pick it up and that my employee couldn't and that no it could not be shipped to us. After not receiving a call I called them and they told me they had no idea when we would receive the phone. I called back the next week and they still had no idea. The next day I received a call saying that the phone would be in in the next day or two. After hearing nothing I contacted them again and they told me it would be another week. I have not had great luck with Rogers but this by far has been the worst.

Was a customer of 10 years and just canceled because of how terrible their loyalty to customers are, also ridiculous prices and what not. Really sad that such a giant corporation treats others poorly based of a few missed payments. Doesn't everyone go through financial struggles ? Rogers really doesn't support anyone well they just want more money in their pockets. Highly would not recommend coming from 10 years of being a customer

I went to the mall first, big mistake.. Waited in line for 1 hour. Called this location, friendly over the phone and in store. Was very impressed with the sales representative I was dealing with even though she was new. Manager was also very helpful and insightful. I will be back to switch from Bell to Rogers based on my experience lesson learned.... Avoid the mall

My sister in-law told me to go to this store after she had a horrible service at the mall, sales manager Prince David was amazing I ended up buying 2 phones, he nearly spent 2 hours with me setting everything up. I don’t normally do reviews but this person got me out of a mess, thanks Prince
