Driving on the 401, One of their drivers cut us off nearly causing an accident then to top it off, merging west to head to Mississauga, he cut across the solid white line, across 3 lanes, nearly hitting several cars in the process. Poor representation of the company if this is the drivers they hire.

We use them for HVAC maintenance and repairs at a condominium I work for. They are more expensive than other companies, but provide very good and professional service. Highly recommend them for building maintenance.

They need to teach their techs on proper highway driving. Wednesday, April 24, 2019, 7:35am Eastbound on the 401 just after the Trafalgar Rd (Milton) on ramp, this Carmichael service van was hogging the passing lane and holding up traffic. Totally clueless as to why people were honking and flashing him with their high-beams.

Amazing Company, the level of service they provide is nothing I have ever experienced before. I have been in the condo industry for 25 years and would choose Carmichael Engineering every time for maintenance and Repairs! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Where do they get these people from? They are lazy and make a mess and don't even clean up after!After waiting 3 days, guess what?! Nothing has been fixed! There is no difference! Worst company ever!
