The ladies working here are great.I don't normally leave reviews but my experience with the optician and other Staff was great.Friendly, courteous and helpful. Had a nice chat with the optician and found answers to all my questions.Learned some new things about lenses and fits I didn't know before and they also did a great job helping my son get his first pair.As far as people saying overpriced, I don't know where you buy glasses but hakim offers some very competitive pricing.It's of course subjective because the bulk of cost is based on prescription.That being said , I highly reccomend getting glasses at this location.

The optometrist here is great. I got my prescription from her, but it DOESN'T include the P.D. #s. I call in asking for them and they said it would be a WHOPPING $70 JUST to get my PD over the phone! It is a part of the prescription and is required to be given out when asked as it's part of what you paid for. What a scam. Now I can't buy replacement glasses online. Won't be back.

Great customer service, dont know why people are complaining of a no refund policy when its clearly stated when purchasing. Despite this staff are very friendly

What a nightmare dealing with this place has been. 3 pairs of glasses with in a year, wouldn’t fix one of them, the other pair they said are disconnected (only after getting them months prior) said the could replace with the same pair just solid colour. Get there to pick them up and they are completely different and wouldn’t do anything else to help me. Have called the store and head office multiple times over a month still and no call back or any solution. Also head office consists of one person to screen calls so if you aren’t happy with her your SOL.

If you want a refund prepare for a battle...I purchased a box of disposable contact on friday at 5:15pm. Saturday I returned 15mins before closing time requesting a refund. The gentalman working there had his winter coat on and appered to be leaving early. Immediately he flat out refused dispite my bill of sale stating nothing about “no refunds or exchanges”. After a lengthly discussion which he said “you made up your mind to buy them so no refunds” and “did you get them cheaper els where” he said I would need to talk to his manager on Monday. Note I had not received the contacts nor could the order have been picked/processed because the supplier “doesn’t work on weekends”.Monday I called, requested the manager. She looked up my file and said I could get a refund but they would refuse to sell me contacts in the future because “this doesnt look good”. I returned to hakim that night and was given a refund. When I asked why I was not able to be given a refund on saturday I was told “I needed manager approval”. Highly doubt that is store policy and if it is then it should have been communicated to me when I initially requested a refund.

It’s to bad this store made us put on a mask to be in the store while just as we walked in all the employees had no masks on. It’s ok though we can spend our $1000 dollars some place else . It looked like they were super busy anyways….. just kidding there wasn’t one customer in there other then us .
