The station itself is fine and clean. Lots of people and then only problem is the staff down the metro ticket place. It’s like they hate you. But other than that it’s fine. Very weird people sometimes...

There's plenty of parking and lots of eateries above the station. But the one reason I don't like it is that it's not wheelchair, stroller friendly when you are trying to take the metro. Also, it's connected to the RTL buses terminus so it very convenient.

Pretty well organized bus terminal. Connects right to the subway (yellow line to Montreal).Also a very common spot to pick-up/drop-off ride-shares.There's a Tim Hortons, Subway, a couple convenience stores as well

It stinks so be ready for your hair and clothes absorb the smell of all the restaurants there. The shops inside are very cheap and not legit. But it is easy to find your bus, the security staff is helpful. There is also a big screen that shows your bus section and the time that your bus will leave or arrive, and that is genius.

Five stars or no stars depending on which floor you are on.The agents upstairs for bus tickets are always helpful, funny and friendly. They are happy to serve you. I'm glad that they are there.The agents downstairs for metro tickets are dismissive. They think you are another burden they have to deal with. I hope that AI will be good enough to wipe them off the face of the Earth soon.

Wouldn't hurt to mention on the ticket selling machines at the entrance of the subway that they don't actually sell any subway ticket (while they're the exact same machines as the ones in Montreal which do that). Instructions are confusing and useless, employees are clueless (I speak French no worries) and not helpful at all. Terrible service by mediocre design. Little changes could make the flow much smoother. Also terrible pricing system with the zoning and all.

The station smells of peepee and is dirty and old. It really needs some renovations. But it is a great location because you have everything of Longueuil in walking distance and bus distance as well.

As in accessiblity and connecting the south shore of the island of of Montreal it serves its purpose but the state of the station itself is absolutely horrid. As the main station for a city of 300k residents, the people definitely deserve better than this as their main station.
