I requested a microwave repair, they said the parts needed to be replaced, I waited for 2 weeks because the part was out of stock, but they assured me that this was normal. After 2 weeks, I called them, the manager supervised the whole process, and I'm happy with the result because everything works and the part has brought me only happiness and warmed food for 2 months:)

This company is a scam. Do NOT hire them for any repairs. They came in to repair my parents refrigerator, took everything a part and insisted he replaced a part but the fridge still has the same temperature issue. We’ve been out of a fridge for a week trying to contact them and we had to buy a new fridge. He convinced my elderly parents to e-transfer and now we cannot claim fraud against them. They are not answering any phone calls or email. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE HIGH REVIEWS. They are all FAKE!

WARNING: This is NOT a real company. They come to your home, tell you you need an expensive part for your repair and then ask you to pay then and there. They will schedule a repair date but will not come to actually repair it. They won't answer your calls. You just wait for days with a broken appliance and they never show or contact you again. It's a scam. The police have been notified.

Fantastic, the technician was there within the hour and knew exactly what was going wrong with my fridge. It had a faulty door, which was making the machine stick on some code. I don't know much about appliances, that's why I always get worried when something goes wrong. However I was very impressed with the price, the tech was down to earth, and all in all very happy with the repair.

These guys are scammers, came to my house on Jan 28th 2023 for a dyer issue. Quoted me 350 and asked me for a 200 dollar advance. I Interac them 200 no receipt for the transaction from their end. I should have suspected the scam at this point. Told me it will take them a week to get the parts. Next week i call the same number i used to book the appointment and to my surprise the number no more exists. I called the new updated number on the site and they wont pick up. So i am down 200 dollars and a broken dryer. Never ever call these people. EVER.

Bunch of crooks, did a wrong diagnosis charged $364 for $60 parts and when didn’t work asked to pay more for changing a new part. Very poor customer service will not try to resolve any customer complaint. They will ask you to send an email about the complaint which no one replies to.

Had a technician come out January 10th and paid $180 for a quote, was told to go through LG as it’s cheaper. LG does not supply the part anymore and any other repair place wanted a quote prior to repair. Trying to get in touch with my technician for the quote I should have received while he was here has been impossible. I have tried customer service daily and am told to wait for my technician to reach out but he never does. Now I’m 13 days without a fridge, out a lot of money, and unnecessarily stressed trying to have someone contact me. Highly would not recommend.
