Ono’s Sushi
Sushi was okay. The ramen was awful. My husband got a spicy beef noodle which cost $15. It’s basically instant noodle which I never called as ramen. I talked to one of the staffs, and she didn’t apologize for what it is. I said they need to specify that it’s instant noodle which they called ramen on the menu. No apology and one star deserved.

Lovely little Japanese restaurant above the mall, the staff are friendly and the food delicious. Restaurant was small but not with tables crammed, so we still had space to enjoy, and the place was clean. With plenty of parking below, no reason not to enjoy this place!

Food was okay and the service was great, but portions were way below our expectations. More like sushi and sashimi combo for kids...Update: Please improve quality control. My girlfriend and I both got sick after having dinner in this restaurant.

Came in and ordered their lobster roll to go. Ready in 15/20 min. Portion was huge and quality was great!Fresh tasting and even accommodated my no wasabi no ginger last minute with no flavor of them in the box.Definitely recommend.

Wow, really delicious and big portion for us and reasonable price for where they located. Fresh and good quality ingredients made in front of you right when you ordered it. Fast and good service so can't wait to go back because many things in their menu I wanted to try

The ramen was so bad and i ordered two of the most basic dish ever - tonkotsu ramen and California rolls. The ramen had literally no flavour, it just tastes like little bit of seasoning in lukewarm water. I also added egg but it wasn’t the proper onsen egg, it was just boiled egg and the toppings were also kinda nasty looking spinach and corn like honestly this is the worst ramen i ever had in my entire life. Its not even ramen do not order ramen, its better to just cook instant ramen out of a̐̈ package. The rolls were also so bland and i know cali rolls are supposed to be like that but honestly the crab meat was dry and not seasoned just fishy taste. Like its so bad here the food

Been going here for almost 7 years since it opened, sometimes 1-3 times a week, dine-in/take-out, tipped 15-20% (even on take-out), the older waitresses knew us by name and we referred so many people. We always ordered the speciality rolls, sushi combo and never had an issue. Everything was good and fresh.I’ve noticed in the past year the service and quality has really gone down. We ordered takeout speciality rolls that are $14-$17 and the end and second to last were sliced so big (over 2.5cm) which were about 9 pieces/3 rolls. You can’t eat that! I called to kindly let them as we’ve ordered multiple times and wanted to tell their new cook it’s simply too big, not looking for a discount. Apparently the owner made them and “there is no problem”. No sorry, no we’ll keep it mind, just no. If your ordering almost a $20 roll, it could at least be cut nicely.Today, they changed their menu, increased their prices heavily (I get rent is going up) and got rid of the chicken salad. Today I asked if they could put chicken on salad, she said no. (You can’t put chicken on salad, you have chicken skewers and green salad on the menu?)So I ordered a California Roll that has “cucumber” in it.. (see photo below) it was 2 tiny slivers of cucumber skin in the whole roll for $6.5.I told the waitress I’ve been coming for 7 years and I’m shocked at just the “no” then she ignored our table completely, gossiped about us in the back, the manager never came to talk to us.Manager doesn’t seem to care, bathroom is gross, portions are small, miso is cheap, tea is basically hot water, 2 shreds of cucumber skin as “cucumber”, spicy combo was $20 now $26 (lots of items up $4-$6), can’t put chicken on a salad… just lack of service and care.Sadly, after 7 years, I’ve had enough. I left 0 tip for the first time. 2 stars cause I’ve been there so long.
