I've shopped here many times over the years, mainly for work-related business dresses and I'm constantly impressed with the selection and customer service. I highly recommend accepting staff help on what they think will look good on you. I've tried on and purchased several dresses that when viewed on the rack I would have passed by without thinking they would be options. It's a wonderful treasure trove on Roncy!

I love shopping at this store! I have a ton of dresses, skirts, tops, and belts from Damzels that I proudly wear to work daily. The staff gives me good advice on what looks great on me and what could look better, all while making me feel like I look amazing! The best retail therapy!

I can’t recommend Doll Factory by Damzels on Roncy enough - such wonderful staff who are kind, helpful, knowledgeable about their stock and the dresses - oh the dresses - they stock fabulous brands with inclusive sizing where possible - no pressure to buy but the service and products sell themselves. I always leave this store with a huge smile on my face and pieces I love and will wear for many years.

I absolutely love this store, I always wear vintage dresses (weather allowing) and this is were I come get most of my collection. They have great variety and good quality dresses, the staff has always been kind and attentive. Would recommend if retro clothing is your style!!

I've shopped at Doll Factory multiple times since about 2015. It's the best place in Toronto to buy dresses with personality! The stock is always interesting and diverse in both style and cut, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of accessories, too. I often walk in looking for one dress, and walk out with two! Truly a local gem.

I’m always so pleased with what I buy from this store. The customer service is AMAZING. Liz really went above and beyond for me today, picking out some items, ordering a transfer from another store, and even calling the tailor to see if they had an appointment to hem some pants I was considering. Such a nice shopping experience.

I live in the neighbourhood so I always pop in to check what they have. The service is ALWAYS amazing!! They are so helpful with suggestions and honest with the way things look.The prices of the dresses really range- some are affordable and some very expensive. I find this to be very odd.I would definitely recommend this store if you're in need of some fun dresses and excellent service.
