I came here because I had numerous friends recommend them. The girl who did my nails was 20 minutes late, rolled in casually not saying hello and just got to work on my fill. It's been a week and the top coat has peeled off of 6 of my nails, they've chipped and honestly look cheap. And they weren't. I have zero problem paying for a good nail technician but I paid 15$ more than anywhere else is south surrey, before tip. Shop around.

I was really tired and I fell asleep while I was getting my nails done, instead of her telling me to come back tomorrow she gave me the worst set of nails I've ever seen. They look like cheap dollar store glue on ones

I made an appointment for the same day I called and they were kind, professional and accommodating! Loved my nails, got a simple coffin shape but I didn't want any massages or any extra service! Got the sage green matte coffin nails and they look super cute. Top coat is chipped bit but that's my fault

I have been going to nail salons around White Rock for 10+ years never have I had such a negative experience. The minute I sat down for my acrylic fill I knew this was going to end badly. My nail tech did not make me feel welcome. I felt uncomfortable I tried to be friendly but received no niceness back, she was cold towards me. My nail fill looked awful. I asked her to fix them eventually I had to go and I thought they were “good enough.” I was wrong. The shape was awful, she did not give me the coffin shape I wanted and my nails were bumpy and uneven. I paid over 50 for this service, I expect them to at least be decent.The next day I called the salon and told them my issue. I was given an appointment at 11. They then called me to change it to 11:30, however I had work. I changed the appointment for the next day at 10:00.What a mistake. I saw the same nail tech who did such a poor job. She made me feel so uncomfortable I wanted to cry. So rude and unpleasant. She “fixed” them barely. I left and will never go back. Do yourself a favour and go to an other salon.I think a lot of the other girls seemed friendly but who I got was cold and rude. Be aware.

Great experience here for the first time last Monday. I got a shellac polish manicure, with great friendly service, a nice massage and towel wrap. They have a good amount of colour choices for the shellac range. Good for the price too. I call these my 'Hollywood nails'. I will definately try book another appointment here!

I went in yesterday, for an acrylic nail removal, and fresh set put on, while my fresh set is looking decent, I was very uncomfortable during the removal, she clipped and ripped at my old set, ripping my pinky nail off with the acrylic, my pinky was bleeding, she told me it was cuz my nails were so weak underneath, I then talked to my mom about my experience at home, whom had done the the nail course in the past, and told me they should have been removed with acetone, not just brutally ripped off, my pinky nail under the French tip has a blood stain underneath… she hurt me a couple of times during this process,… she was friendly enough but be aware they charge you for in proper nail removal!

Always skilled and meticulous, ensuring that every nail was perfectly shaped and polished.Overall, I had an amazing experience at the nail salon. The pedicure and nail service exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and confident. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a high-quality nail and pedicure service. It was truly a five-star experience!

Mediocre to barely okay work. Rude with a couldn't care less attitude even though we were were repeat customers. Arrived slightly late for appointment. Explained we caught in traffic and this was part of a birthday celebration but they couldn't care less and made no attempt to help in any way. Only thing they offered was a blank look and shrug of shoulders. On last visit we were kept waiting 20 minutes with no apology or compensation. Seemed to be doing things totally for the shop's convenience rather than providing good customer care. At that first visit work was barely acceptable but we were stupid enough to give them a second try. Avoid if good quality work and friendly customer service are important to you. Walking out I pointed out they were not the only store in town, with many others offering superior service and actually wanting to help their customers. A very poor way to run a business.

My wedding party and I came for manicures. Or nails look great!!!! They were friendly and fast. A little late but that's ok. We got in and out and we all love our nails for the big day!!!!

Amazing service! I have come here a few times but recently brought my daughter. Our nail artists did so well and not only did they manage to deal with a squirmy 6 yr old but they also managed to do it with such patience! I will add that my kid is particularly hyper active... lol She even drew a little flower on her toes and mine!
