First of all, I just want to thank Esmail for answering my call on a holiday since our hot water tank was leaking when I woke up this morning. Within 90 minutes, he arrived at my home and replaced the HWT. Within two hours, Esmail completed the work. Amazing workmanship! He also educated me on how water pressure change can impact the HWT's functionality. Definitely, I agree with other reviews that he is an honest man and he made sure that the work is done and the customer's needs are met. April and May of 2020, I noticed a loud hammering sound mainly coming from our boiler. Usually occurs in the morning around 8 am and it would happen intermittently last for about 2 to 3 seconds and eventually disappears after 10 to 20 minutes. It does not happen everyday but when it does it is quite loud and I can hear it outside my house as well. As my boiler is 30 yrs+ years I thought that it's time to replace it and perhaps look into getting it replaced with a tankless boiler system. So I proceeded to call in a few plumbing companies to have a look at my current system and to provide a quote for a tankless boiler system. Each company that came in, I showed them the video I've recorded of the sound coming from the boiler. One company even said it's an interesting sound but it can be fixed. On June 8th, Esmaiel from 1Co arrived and started looking at my system and we discussed what are my options are for the tankless system. I also showed him the video of the hammering sound and right away he said that's not your boiler
