HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE......Ordered custom hydrographic film from them, 3 different styles . After waiting a month I reached out to Manny to find out about my order and its status. Only find out it hadn't shipped because he stated they didn't charge me shipping and sent an email requiring 19.99 for shipping. I explained I never received that email and had responded to all others why wasn't I followed up with?? After that conversation was told by Manny not to worry about shipping it would be sent out tomorrow! I told him I would take care of shipping to just send me the link so i could pay, again I was told they would eat the shipping it's on its way. Ok cool ! Another month goes by still no film.....After several attempts by email and a call to the office leaving a voicemail to just refund me my money no response to any of my emails or my call I wrote it off as lesson learned! Well my order showed up finally today 3months later and it was wrong missing one whole style of film and one film that is completely unusable! So out fo 3 styles I got 2 and only 1 is usable!! It wasn't a big money order but still the customer service is horrible and the film looks to be about same !

I don't know how this company stays in business. I have wasted five trips b/w the various locations. This location does not answer the phone, let alone return calls. I was waiting outside with three other customers at 3 pm just to find the shop closed and no answers. They even had confirmed in advance that someone would be around. How do you run a shop with posted hours on the doors but the lights are off and doors locked?

Customer service is speachless. Called and spoke with Claudio. He went above and beyond in trying to assist me. He gave me the answer i was looking for. Very Very knowledgeable individual.

Thank you, Claudio, Josh and the team at Kingsmen. These guys are honest and quite talented in their craft. These are the only guys I would ever trust with my car. Very highly recommended.

I read the reviews and laugh. Some people don't understand that a busy shop can't always cater to there petty desperate reviews because they didn't recieve the help they desired. Manny and the boys have provided me good service for over a year now and will continue to do business with them. Very happy to hear Nick no longer works there as he only dragged their name through the mud.

Been here multiple times, non stop great quality and service. Never late and never disappointed in their efforts to make the customer happy. Willing to go out of their way to get things done around the clock. OUTSTANDING!

The staff are kind and friendly. I came in for some small work but ended up getting a complete makeover. My Hyundai Veloster looks even Hotter than before! Excellent work!

I got some hydrographic carbon fiber parts on my Lamborghini interior done from Kingsmen Kustoms head office and josh was helpful the parts look amazing better then real carbon thanks

Great experiance here buying paint today. The only good place to buy paint in the GTA where you will get expert advice, good service and great paint quality. Strongly reccomend buying here.

Great customer service. Claudio was extremely helpful and honest. Recommend for any paint, vinyls, hydro dips. Check them out - awesome company!
