They were able to return some ripped pants over 30 days past the purchase. Great customer service!

I visited this store a week ago and haven't posted a review yet only because I've been trying to come up with the words to properly describe how outstanding it was. It was singlehandedly the best customer service experience of my life. The manager, Courtney, was patient and attentive and kind and FUN and made shopping for jeans (which I was absolutely dreading after having gained weight) a delightful walk in the park. Thank you to you and your team from the bottom of my heart! It meant the world to me.

Very helpful staff with a wide range of of clothing. I like that American eagle my high quality, affordable clothing that is also extremely stylish. They have everything from underwear to winter wear I love this store and will definitely be back after Christmas to cash in on some gift cards.

They have amazing jeans that fit any body shape and size. Also, the jeans last a fairly lone time. However, the shirts are cheaply made and aren't built to last, the material fades rapidly. I'd recommend hang drying any cotton shirts from American Eagle, if you want your shirt to last.

Ordered on Boxing day . My shipment was sent in three different packages. One package arrived. And the other two one i couldnt even track and the other one might be lost in transit. Talked to an agent online and was told i could get a refund. This agent didn't even wait for my confirmation if i wanted the refund and just went ahead and issued it. I get that the package i was asking about is techniqually lost to them but you should not refund someone without confirmation when they are still asking questions about. Then this agent proceeds to not tell me the items i am not getting and just says i sent the confirmation to you. Horrible service , didn't get one of packages that had the BULK of my order and now the other one might be lost in transit . Never ordering online from here again terrible service!

Great selection! The store staff is friendly and inviting as I’ve come to be able to expect from AE stores. The store layout is kept pretty tidy and doesn’t feel dusty like some retailers can. The change rooms are large and there is rarely a lineup. Only gripe is the cashiers always seem to take a long time, I don’t know if this is because of their computers or just lack of experience!

Mixed feelings with this shop. First time I went there, I got excellent customer service, I think it was a manager who helped me, I can tell by how she spoke and talked to me. Forgot her name but she was very professional and friendly. I ended up not buying anything because they don't have the colors I wanted. So I bought a couple pair of jeans on their website.Second visit, the first lady I saw right away did not even acknowledge me, she wasn't smiling at all and she had this weird look on her face, constantly eyeing me while I was picking up items. She made me feel really uncomfortable. I returned a pair I got online but bought a new one from the store. The lady at the till was so awkward, she asked me why Im returning but I could tell she wasn't really listening. It was a really relaxed day but they all looked like they were so tired. I was having second thoughts on giving them my business but I really loved the jeans so I got it anyway.I bought 3 pair of jeans from this store and would love to go back more often but if their customer service is going to be like this, then I don't see a point coming back.

Thank you to Katie for helping my wife yesterday afternoon to pick out jeans! This was her first pair of jeans in a decade and she was not into jean shopping. I am not at all impressed. No one said hi to me when I walked in. No one asked me if I needed any help. And I had to ask to use the change room. When I got to the till to purchase my jeans, there were two employees just hanging out and talking at the till and didn't even acknowledge me. I waited 5 minutes to pay. The only good thing about this store, is the girl who helped me in the change room, Cloe. She was very sweet and helpful.

Good clothing, has lots of smaller sizes.Store's clean too and the staff are good.
