Highly recommend David. He went above and beyond our expectations and, as first time home buyers he was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He was kind, understanding and accommodating (especially with having to go through it all virtually due to COVID-19!). He answered all our questions effectively, provided great insight and worked extremely hard to secure us a great mortgage which we are very happy with. We had a very quick closing date but he was still able to get everything completed for us in time. He was thoughtful and caring and made us feel comfortable asking all kinds of questions.
