Went in for laser hair removal on my face and was thrilled with the level of care and professionalism. Alena was very knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns I had.I will definitely be back and 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a positive experience ! Thank you so much :)

The hair stylist Brook was great however the receptionist/manager (not sure if she actually was the manager or not because she said she was when I asked for the manager while she was being rude) was very rude on the phone during time of booking. Would rate 5 stars if not for that, almost booked elsewhere due to her attitude.

They are a great team of workers! Acknowledging others feelings tied to their hair and supportive. When I first went short hair with a edgy pixie cut they slowly progressed and informed me with detail how it would go. I totally appreciated it!

Had a wonderful pedicure by Sue-Ann. She was very patient, friendly, professional and gave a great foot and leg massage. I didn’t want it to end! I’ve always had excellent experiences at Terra Nova. It’s spotless, modern, and very attractive.

I had a phenomenal time here for both times I visited. If you want a good place to Treat yo self this is it. I had the best facial with Jody , she provided a relaxing facial and arm massage perfect for getting prepped for a big event. The second time I was treated by Alina, she helped me choose my colour and proved a perfect mani pedi. All staff I encountered was very welcoming, I will come again for another spa day.

I was visiting with family in thunder bay and I made an appointment to have a bellyage In a haircut appointment at the salon for my daughter-in-law unfortunately. I couldn't make it and I called in to cancel the appointment and to see if they had the appointment still for 1245 the lady on the. Phone was very obnoxious very rude and very boisterous. I looked at reviews on the Facebook and I looked at reviews on Google and the receptionist. Receptionist was very. Unresponsive and very rude how can someone speak like that to someone? They've never even met so I canceled the service and I hung up but I wanted to share my experience with others here to let them know not to. Use this service. The lady on the phone on Friday that both to me was a young lady and she was very very polite but the lady that I canceled with I. Don't know her name I didn't get her name she was just very very nonchalant and very rude I would not recommend Terranova salon stay away. There's other salons in the area that you can go to.

Good service, easy online booking. Clean, stylish atmosphere. Jennifer is my fave gal for hair/colour - a great stylist.Mani’s are fast and beautiful. Recommend.

I have received various services with Terra Nova and have been satisfied each time. The staff are attentive, professional and kind! Recently, I gotmy hair done for the first time at this salon with Stefauna. I wanted a colour correction from a box dye I had done. Stefauna exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the results and I would recommend her! My red-toned box dye job is now corrected and the colour we achieved is beautiful! :)
