Fake, full scam, will make you pay lots just for them to hire a different towing company, you'll never talk to the same person twice, can't talk to anyone of leadership, and won't get your money back if you decide to drop out. They will tell you if you wish to cancel its 50% or 100% off, won't tell you which and there's no deciding factor, until you decide you do and then they're immediately certain it's 50. Again no deciding factor.

Absolutely clueless people.Horrible! Horrible! Service. Over the course of 6 hours of going back and forth with these guys noone knows whats going on. You guys read off of scripts?They always tell you 60-90 minutes someone will leave and come get you, every 60-90 minutes. Just be honest, we dont have anyone avaible today to get you instead of wasting my entire day. All the other companies i spoke to were honest about it. Thats why i have been stuck on the side of the hwy for 22hrs. You literally wasted my time just to try and get my service600 dollars to get towed grandforks to castlegar. I am getting towed back to kelowna for 800 and they are actually on their way.I highly recommend anyone to use these guys as your last resort.
