I have purchased olive oil for the past 3 years from The Olivar Corp and have learned to appreciate its olive oil for its freshness and flavours. Dolores has a regular assortment of olive oils and prices and is often introducing new oils and balsamic vinegars, mainly from Spain, but also from other locations as well. We cook with olive oil replacing butter more often than before which is healthier for us. Dolores will often provide recipes for salads and other dishes. For the past four or five years I have purchased olive oil and balsamic vinegar curated by Dolores. I usually buy from Dolores and Eric at the Guelph Farmers' Market but if I miss the market, I purchase the same products elsewhere in Guelph. They are top quality and once you have tasted them, you won't settle for anything less. Aside from being olive oil experts, Dolores and Eric are delightful and make the Saturday morning visit to the Farmers' Market well worthwhile.
