My daughter and I went for pedicures and the service was excellent and the staff are all very friendly. The atmosphere of the shop is very relaxing and calm. The only thing is I felt it was rather pricey for pedicures. But I am more than a week in and my toenails still look freshly painted. Will definitely go again to try other services.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I did a pedicure here about 3 years ago and it was one of the best experiences I ever had. I am on my first vacation/staycation in over 2 years and I figured I would splurge and do their Ulimate Pedicure package.The place is clean and the staff is courteous but the service I received was subpar . I have gone to regular nail salons and received far better service for half of the money.I really wanted to leave part way through the pedicure, but of course, that wasn't physicly possible. The technician was pleasant and she did try her best to help me pick colours for my toe nails, but the whole experience was a let down. I didn't even realize how poorly of a job she did on my toe nails until I got home because I didn't have my glasses on.She did not put any effort into scrubbing my feet and didn't really seem interested in what she was doing. There was a product she was suppose to use that was clearly finished, but she spent about 10 minutes trying to scrape out everything from the bottom of the jar and it was very obvious that it wasn't enough. I had been looking forward to this pedicure for days. I was so excited for this day and I almost cried at the end because it was absolutely nothing that I expected.I never write negative reviews, however, I was so overly disappointed in my experience today and just had to express my concern.I definitely won't be going back again.SincerelyDenyce Watkis

We had a wonderful experience at SpaToepia! This is the second time I've been here and they did not disappoint. The facial was relaxing and made my skin glow, the Mani Pedi was incredible and my mom said the body polish was even better than a massage. The staff are all so friendly and fun, and very professional. The spa is clean and well decorated too! Absolutely do not hesitate to book yourself a spa day at SpaToepia.

What a wonderful afternoon with my friend for a pedi! We got Tracy and Reyna and they were so good! Spatopia is a great place to get pampered with friendly staff and a warm and welcoming atmosphere! This was our second time and we’re definitely going back! Don’t think about it, just book your appt. Your mind and body will thank you!

I’ve been going to Spatoepia since they opened in 2007 and continued to come even after moving to Burlington in 2009. I’ve never found another place that can compare in terms of quality and service. All the girls provide top-notch service and a super friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The pedicures are done using stainless steel tubs for maximum cleanliness and they use high-quality products. Facials are so relaxing, especially if you add on their new head massage! I’m moving even further away soon but will still make the drive, it’s worth it!

Clean, beautiful,environment. Large comfy upholstered chairs. The staff is super friendly. Jessi did a full set of new gel nails with tips without the use of drill. Love my nails! Only individual sanitary soak tubs used for pedicures…no whirlpool jets. Highly recommend!

It’s one of my favourite places in Streetsville. The girls are amazing and I always feel fantastic when I walk out xx
