Horrible experience. One cashier on. Manager trying to get everyone to use self check outs- we were all in agreement that no we would use the one cashier even though the wait was crazy as it would give someone job. The manager than started pleading with us to use the self check outs and said that he was the store manager and the executives would fire him if he did not get us using the self check outs. If this is true than Shoppers is truly evil at the executive level and if it is not then they employed a liar

It's too bad the nurse giving the Booster shot today wasn't as nice to the woman as she was the men. Making it evident we were more of an inconvenience to her, than the elder gentlemen she could flirt with. Thought it was quite Unprofessional. All in all, I find some of the staff, rather snooty. I Will be sticking with Kingston. Friendly staff there.

Had the most wonderful experience at this shopper's I called to see if it was pet fatteningly like everywhere else in Gananoque, Unfortunately they were not. However, the kind young lady at the makeup counter offered to stand outside with my puppy while I ran in and grabbed a gift for my partner. Lovely people.

Don't bother booking a covid vaccine appointment online with this store. They weren't ready for us, they had to ask 3 times what we were there for! We had to ask where to go and wait because they were too busy to treat us like humans. After an hour of waiting I finally went up to the counter AGAIN to ask if something was wrong, no, they just haven't gotten to us...which would have been fine if they told us it was going to be that long. The sitting area was filthy enough to scare pigs away, and their room for the vaccine was filled with boxes. I wouldn't trust these ppl to give my fish a needle! Just run, we did!

Very friendly staff. Self-checkout is fantastic, and customer service on self-checkout is outstanding. The store is clean and seems always to have stock. Best Shopper Drug Mart ever!!!

Only one person named mark at this location knows the job it's sad really the incompetence at this location!! I'm so fed up with people who don't know what they are doing .I will have a shoppers from out of town send me what I need maybe some one in Brockville or Kingston knows what they are doing!!!

The store is fine except for the fact they run out of baby formula VERY quickly. A worker has already admitted to knowing which families come in and hoard buy even with the “2 per customer” limit. Something really needs to be fixed as I’ve had to race to Brockville or Kingston in a rush. Extremely inconvenient and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has this issue.

The manager of the cosmetic counter at the Gananoque store has got to go. Entirely bad attitude and just over-all bad attitude. Asking a simple question about a moisturizer will get you a scowl and an eye roll followed by the answer of I don't know. You'd think that the manager of cosmetics would know some basic skin care needs. It's not an isolated incident either, unfortunately has happened on multiple occasions. I no longer buy any makeup or skin care from that store. I will order online or shop somewhere else. It's too bad as well because they've got a great selection of both skin care and make up at all different price points.
