Every time I come here, they always make my coffee wrong. It’s kind of simple, DD with a caramel shot, I either get a coffee with cream only in it or my flavour shot isn’t in it. I have to go to the one on Wallace to have it made right, or if I’m on the way to work I have to stop off at Palmerston to have it corrected. I feel your DT coffee makers need some training. A DD should not have one cream in it…

Very slow, sometimes take 15 minutes plus to pass through the drive through, last week ordered iced capp mocha, confirmed with the guy three times, got this with chocolate milk, called back and the girl just hung up.

Pretty fast drive thru service but super busy. I miss the sugar ontop of the chocolate chip muffins, and I want them to bring back the blueberry donut it was the best.

My gift card didn't have enough for my order, and I didn't have my debit card on me. A sweet girl by the name of Zoey covered the rest of our order. What a wonderful human being. You are lucky to have her working for you. Keep being amazing Zoey!!

What is the use pretending to scan a points card? When you ask why a promo was not taken off, your told the scanner is not working! What kind of scam are you running???

Pretty typical for a Timmies, staff seemed nice, wait wasn't too bad. The place was busy though. I think the drive through had a lineup around the whole restaurant. I was just doing a pit stop and grabbing a tea. Was in and out in under 10mins.

Its Tim Hortons so they usually screw up my tea order. Tea with cream is disgusting and even when you specify milk 10 times they still put cream. The staff is friendly though and cant wait for the walnut crunch to come back.

the manager there i dont know the name but she is short, im sorry, but she was so awesome her customer service was fantastic!
