Total GEM of a bakery in such a small town! Get there early if you want the pick of the best of the baked fresh daily goods, because there is a line up! The big cinnamon buns were still warm! Doughnuts were like mom's homemade! I hear the apple fritters are to die for (unfortunately, they were all gone when I got there at 9:30 am)

Wow! Very popular place, customers lined up outside on Saturday morning, 9am. I just ordered apple fritters and cinnamon fries, but lots of other bakery items flying off the shelves, bread, muffins, dinner rolls.Stuff I bought was very good, tasty and ultra soft on the inside with a crispy exterior. So good.

Absolutely hidden gem that everyone should know about. Been going to this bakery since I was a kid and their doughnuts are some of the best I've ever had. Their garlic cheddar pull aparts are incredibly savoury and addicting. Also, nobody beats them at the apple fritter game - they're massive, have a nice crunch on outside, fluffy soft bread on the inside

Love this little bakery! Always fresh made breads and treats. Best sugar cookies I ever had and great cinnamon buns. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Will continue to visit this bakery every time I'm in Souris :)

My husband and I absolutely love Minary Homestyle Bakery! Before we moved to Alberta, we would regularly drive from Brandon to get donuts on a Saturday morning. Now that we are 10 hours away, when we come home to Manitoba for a visit, we have to drive an hour out of the way to get our donut fix! Worth it every time!The people are wonderful and we can't wait for the next trip home to get more donuts!

The best apple fritters ever! They're huge, perfect in taste and texture (lots of apple chunks, crunchy sugary glaze on the outside and moist on the inside), and very reasonably priced. It's no doubt they sell out early.

We love Minary Bakery! We call the day before and reserve the donuts and products we want and come to pick them up. Great prices, amazing service, outstanding quality. Would highly recommend!
