I have had difficulty finding massage therapist in the past and Alex is one of my favourites. She does give a great deep tissue massage, always friendly and polite. I find the location to be relaxing and reception to be warm and welcoming.

Great experience, will be back. The only thing that I would recommend is that your front end staff knows all the nuances of the process. She didn’t know how to use the shower and that I will need to figure it out for myself. Doesn’t seem professional.

I came to see Terina when I had a closed locked jaw. She ended up releasing the locked muscle over 2 separate treatments, and a few days of rest.She respected my pain tolerance, and treated me and explained everything thoroughly. She truly cares about her clients, and getting them to feel less pain in their bodies.She is passionate about her work, and her strength is unreal.I am happy with the treatment I have received, and her care and attention.Her front end staff are friendly and welcoming, the clinic is spotless.

Terina is a very effective therapist! She tunes in to what you need to work on to decrease stiffness, pain and spasm. I am so glad I found this place. Yes, there are many good massage therapists around, but she is a step above the rest...and after years of receiving massage therapy I can reliably say she is one of the best I've ever had.

Loved the Foot Polish Treatment. I wasn't sure what to expect, but with having sore feet and lower legs lately, I wanted to try it. Absolutely loved it and have another one booked !!The 90min massage was extremely good too. Love my massage therapist's techniques and pressure.Oh, and not to go without mentioning, the amazing massage table !!!Looking forward to my next visit !!!Corry

I have tried countless different ways to get relief from pain. Terina was AMAZING, she pinpointed where the pain was and worked on the areas needed. What a lovely person Terina is, we laughed together and cried together and she gave me some relief finally!! I will always go back! It was a New Year’s Day appointment which was amazing to be open on a holiday.

The owner is lovely and talented, but I have never been treated poorly by a massage therapist before coming to see one of her employees. She told me I was late when I was originally told 8pm on the phone (she said 8 and I sdded it to my calendar, then she changed her mind and her exact words were try to be there at 7:45pm

Terina was able to fit me in last minute for some nerve issues/muscle inflammation. She was detailed, very knowledgeable, and enjoyed helping me relieve my pain. Spends time and effort to get to the root cause of issues, and truly wants to help. They have earned a repeat customer out of me! Thank you!

The front desk staff wasn’t friendly at all, she submitted to my insurance, told me I was 100% covered, I even double checked because I was expecting to pay but she said no insurance covered it all. She then called me back 15 minutes later to tell me I owed $70, and I would have to drive back to pay.The experience itself was amazing though, I really enjoyed it!Although when I booked, it said you got gifted a salt scrub, which I didn’t get ..But Alexandra was absolutely amazing!
