We ordered online, but we got there they didn't have our order in their system, we had to camr back with an email with order confirmation. Employee said it was the right number. Aftet about 45 minutes of back and forth we finally got our order. Wasn't worth the hassle.

Food and prices disappointing. The popcorn chicken had no taste whatsoever and the so called infernal spicy burger did nothing at all for myself or my wife. The spicy sauce was more oil than anything else and I don't mean it's oily because it's fried chicken. The sauce was a pool of orange colored oil in my wrapper with no taste at all. The rest was decent, wait time very short considering only 2 employees working.

service was horrible,girl was serving a chinese lady and she was practically shouting at her cause she kept asking questions. I turned around and walked out without ordering.

I adore the kfc..... i was living on ste lawrence boul.... and there was one on henri bourassa.... my family would buy it often and it was always good...... now i am in joliette.... and on 5 times.... the chicken was awful dry and was hard to see what piece of meat it was..... on the 4 th time it was better.... but last week it was so dry the worst one...... i am a grand mother of 71 years old..... and always loved kfc..... but dont think i will going back..... cause licking good is untrue..... dont think i will go back ... for the prise of the food is not worth it.....we dine in......Louise
