Melchior Management 777 Corporation

Went to view an apartment and decided to apply for it, only to learn that there was a mix up, and that the apartment we viewed and applied for was already rented to someone else before we even looked at it!!! Decided to try again, and went to look at another apartment, we put in an application and were rejected, even though we have a good income and a co-signer!! Melchior must only rent to people with A+ credit, doesn't seem to consider people who pay their rent on time and work hard, it's a shame really!!

We leased commercial space from Melchoir and our experience was very good. They always tried their best to accommodate us and were quick to respond to issues if they arose. Their staff are personable, professional and courteous. I would recommend leasing from Melchior.

I have rented with Melchior for a few years. Joyce and Gary have been A+. Most landlord stories are nightmares. These 2 people have treated us like WE were the owners and they consistently go beyond the call of duty.Last week, Gary helped us hang a large mirror in our dining room and he didn’t need to. Once or twice a year, I give Joyce a list of suggested upgrades or repairs and she gets on it like I was signing her paycheck.Thank you, to you and your team. Your training and HR methods must be amazing. Excellence does NOT just happen.We are “just a renter”. You did not need to treat us this good!If i was ever renting again, I'd call them first!Thanks

I’m thankful I found the rental unit I have now, my last landlord at my other commercial location was incredibly difficult, cheap and never got anything done and took so long to respond to me. Here at my new location, manager by Malchior? Joyce Martin manages the building I’ve moved to, and she’s done an incredible job. Her attention to detail is mind blowing, she is always on top of everything, she always keeps in contact with me, follows up and has made me love my new location so much just based off the treatment alone. I had some water damage issues in my unit, she was quick to jump on it and worked tirelessly to obtain the permits and proper companies/contractors to come fix it as soon as possible and this woman deserves recognition for her hard work. So if you are lucky enough to have Joyce manage the building you’re in, you won’t be disappointed!

From a tenants perspective, Melchoir knowingly neglects people in places they manage. When i called their main office number looking for an apartment i was directed to their website to see what was available instead of the management company who is managing" the building knowing... or even caring from what it seems. I mentioned to the woman i was talking to that normally i would deal with the management company when renting an apartment and not directly with the building itself. I was very rudely told many with other management companies but not with melchoir.Very poor customer service"

Their admin is ex reception, work is never completed in time, notices are absurd and they try to push you. And don't get me started on them neglecting repairs and ignoring tenants phone calls.

Darryl, property manager from Orillia, is amazing at his job. He was so professional, courteous, and really went the extra mile to facilitate our move. You cannot find many people with the interpersonal skills or diligence in the housing market. I cannot say enough good things about this man

Worst landlords/management company ever dealt with. Lived in an apartment with squirrels and rats in the walls and floors. Nobody cared and did anything about it. So unfortunate.
