I had a highly unpleasant experience with one of your salesmen on July 3rd, around 11:30 AM. The salesman's demeanor was extremely unkind and he handled our orders in a rude manner. It's absolutely intolerable. Unfortunately, I don't have his name, but he was an elderly man with a white beard. He seemed determined to rush us through the order process, not allowing us sufficient time to make informed decisions. This behavior left a negative impression on me. I won't ever come back here again.

This place was clean, staffs were nice. We asked to add some child water to our coffee as we wanted to be warm, not hot and they do it for us.There was a nice fireplace there and it will be nice for winter.We had Americano and chocolate deep donuts.

Attended this Tim Horton’s and was served by young teenagers who were pleasantly very respectful and courteous. Got my order very promptly. What I did not like was how the manager was treating the staff. A true leader is someone who motivates and encourages staff, not one who speaks down to them and reprimands them for not being quick in front of customers. I appreciate accuracy and customer service over speed. Consider some leadership courses for your managers.

It's nice to see a Tims location that puts the effort into making the strawberry jelly powdered timbits and donuts. 95% of locations are lazy and just pump out the basic chocolate, honey glazed, sour cream glazed, and plain. Tims is hanging on by a thread nowadays.

Worst tim hortons ever. I ordered quencher and they gave me ice in 4$. I'll suggest not to go in this tim hortons again . Staff and manager so rude .when I said that this is only Ice . They said this is what we give . We cant do anything about this. Pathetic staff and pathetic tim hortons

Went through drive thru, ordered 2 hot drinks, along with breakfast. Drive thru attendant handed both drinks to me without a tray ( I was alone in my car) so when I asked for a tray the drive thru staff person said I was holding up the line. . Ummm, such attitude for real???? So why is asking for a tray such a bigdeal here?!?!

I had an offer which when I paid doesn’t applied. I ask for the manager to do a refund and charge me again so I can get that discount. He started talking on my back with his employees about me getting the discount and instead of doing refund and charging me again he said I will give you cash and I will pay that difference. He was so rude
